Performance Marketing for Dental Clinics

Quavento Technologies plans and manages paid campaigns for dental clinics, orthodontists, implant and cosmetic dentistry practices and small dental groups. We run Google search campaigns for patients looking right now, Meta campaigns for treatments people consider over time, and the landing pages and tracking that connect each click to a call or a booking request. We work from Pune with Indian clinics and remotely with practices in the United States.

Paid advertising suits a dental clinic better than most small businesses, because a clinic has a fixed number of chairs and hours and a clear sense of when they are empty. It can also waste money faster than most, because a click for a dental search can cost a good deal and many clicks come from people who will never book.

This page explains how we plan campaigns around capacity, how emergency and planned treatment advertising differ, what we measure and what the platforms' rules on health advertising mean in practice. We do not give dental advice and we do not promise patient numbers.

Main services
This page applies the service to dental clinics. The main service pages below explain each service itself, with every sub-service, price guide and question.
What we deliver

Capacity-led plans

Budgets and treatments chosen by when chairs and dentists have room, not by the largest keyword list.

Emergency and planned campaigns

Urgent searches and considered treatments run separately, with different budgets, pages and goals.

Treatment landing pages

A focused page for each advertised treatment, with a call button and a short booking form.

Call and form tracking

Calls, booking requests and direction taps counted, so reports show enquiries and not only clicks.

Hours and area control

Ads shown when someone can answer and within the distance patients will realistically travel.

Policy checks

Ad wording and targeting checked against current platform health rules before launch.

Guide

Where should paid advertising start for a dental clinic?

With capacity, not keywords. Before we write an advertisement we ask three questions: which treatments do you most want more of, on which days and times are chairs empty, and how many enquiries can reception handle well in a week? A campaign that fills the diary beyond what the team can answer wastes money and irritates patients.

Next we look at the foundations that decide whether clicks turn into bookings. A map listing with good reviews, a website that loads quickly on a phone and a booking path that takes under a minute all matter more than any bid setting. Advertising to a weak site spends money to find out what a site audit would have said for free.

Only then do we choose campaigns. A practice with a new implant service has different needs from a clinic that wants more check-ups on weekday mornings, and the plan reflects that. We write the scope, the budget range and the numbers we will report before anything is switched on.

How do emergency campaigns differ from planned-treatment campaigns?

Emergency searches are urgent, local and impatient. The person wants a clinic that is open now, close by and willing to see them. These campaigns run on Google search, with a phone number prominent in the advertisement, a call button on the landing page, ads scheduled for the hours you can take calls and a tight radius around the clinic. If you do not offer emergency visits, we do not run them.

Planned-treatment campaigns serve people who are researching braces, aligners, implants, whitening or a smile makeover. They search with longer phrases, compare clinics and take weeks to decide. These campaigns point to a detailed treatment page that explains the first consultation, and the goal is a booked consultation, not an instant call.

Keeping them separate lets each have its own budget, its own measurements and its own pace of change. Mixing them hides which one is working. Our Google search ads page describes the format, and the Google Ads lead generation checklist covers the general method.

  • Emergency: tight radius, call-led, scheduled to staffed hours.
  • Planned: detailed landing page, consultation as the goal.
  • Separate budgets and separate reports.
  • No emergency advertising unless you offer emergency visits.
  • Negative keywords to keep out job seekers and students.

What role do Meta advertising and local ads play?

Meta, which covers Facebook and Instagram, reaches people who are not searching. That suits treatments people think about over a long time and are prompted to consider, such as straightening teeth, whitening or a check-up they have postponed. It does not suit emergencies, because nobody scrolling a feed is looking for a dentist that minute.

Health-related advertising on Meta carries restrictions on targeting and on the way an advertisement may refer to a person's body or condition. We write advertisements that describe the service and the clinic, not the viewer's teeth, and we check current policy before each launch. We use clear photographs of your clinic and team, not before and after images, unless your council or board, your adviser and the platform's rules all allow them.

In the United States, Google also offers local service formats in some categories and markets, and availability varies. Our Google Ads versus Meta Ads guide compares the two for Indian businesses, and our Meta ads management page describes our approach.

What should a landing page for a dental advertisement contain?

One treatment, one message and one next step. A visitor from an advertisement for aligners should land on a page about aligner consultations, not the home page. It should show the clinic's name and area, the dentist who handles the treatment with their registration details, a short explanation of what the first visit involves, a few honest answers to common questions and a booking form of four fields at most.

The call button stays visible on a phone, and the page loads fast. We keep the form free of health questions, since the clinic can ask those at the visit, and the privacy notice states what the clinic does with the details.

We do not use countdown timers, invented scarcity or claims such as limited slots when they are not true, and we do not describe results. Our landing page design page explains the build, and where a clinic already has a good site we adapt the relevant treatment page instead of building a new one.

Why does call handling decide campaign results?

Because an enquiry is perishable. A person who has just filled in a form is comparing clinics, and the one that answers first usually gets the appointment. If calls go to voicemail at lunch or forms wait until the next morning, the advertising budget is quietly paying for competitors.

We therefore ask how calls and forms are handled before we spend, and we report on it. Ads are scheduled to hours when the phone is answered. Form submissions trigger an instant notification and a confirmation message to the patient. With your consent we can set up call recording for quality and training, with the notice your adviser says the call needs.

Where reception cannot cover every hour, an answering service or a simple automated reply that gives the next available time is better than silence. We help you choose, but staffing is your decision. In India, WhatsApp is often the quickest way for a patient to ask, and our guide to the WhatsApp Business app and API explains the options.

What do we measure, and what is a good result?

We measure calls, booking requests, direction taps and, where the clinic can tell us, how many became booked patients. Clicks and impressions are shown only as context. The number that matters to a clinic is the cost of an enquiry that turns into an attended appointment, and we work toward being able to report it.

We do not publish benchmarks or promise a cost per enquiry, because they differ by city, treatment, season and the quality of your site, and a figure from another market would mislead. We set a starting expectation from your own account after the first weeks of data and review it each month.

Tracking is set up so that it respects patient privacy. We use analytics and advertising tools that count actions, avoid sending health details into them and follow the consent rules of the market you serve. Whether HIPAA affects your advertising and tracking in the United States is for your adviser to say, and we follow the answer. Our Google Tag Manager and GA4 pages describe the measurement.

What do the platforms and professional bodies restrict?

Both layers apply. Google and Meta set advertising policies for health-related content, including limits on personal-attribute targeting and on claims, and those policies change, so we read the current text before each launch and again when a campaign is rejected. Separately, your dental council or board and the advertising standards in your country limit what a dentist may claim, and they apply to advertisements as they do to a signboard.

In practice this means advertisements that name the clinic, the treatment and the place, and invite a consultation. They do not promise results, call a treatment painless, claim to be the best or compare you with another named clinic. Discounts and free offers are a particular risk, because some councils and boards restrict inducements. We use them only if you confirm in writing that they are permitted where you practise.

When a request would break a rule, we tell you and suggest wording that does not. The decision on what your clinic may advertise remains with you and your adviser.

How does an account audit work?

A clinic that already advertises can start with a PPC audit. We review the account structure, the keywords and search terms triggering your advertisements, the locations and hours, the advertisements themselves, the landing pages and the tracking, and we send a written list of what to change, in order of likely value.

The audit often finds a handful of recurring problems: emergency and planned searches mixed in one campaign, a radius wider than patients travel, advertisements running when nobody answers the phone, conversions counted that are not enquiries and a home page used as the landing page. We say plainly what we find, including when the account is already sound.

You can take the findings and act on them yourself, or ask us to manage the changes. There is no obligation either way.

What proof of dental advertising do we have?

None yet, and we say so. We have not published case studies in the dental industry, and we make no claim of dental results, costs per enquiry or patient numbers. Nothing on this page describes a campaign we ran for a clinic.

What we can show is related work from other industries, labelled as such: the Google Business Profile work for Shruti IT Service, a local service business, and the Hotel Adhiras website, a hospitality site built to turn visits into enquiries. Neither is a dental project or an advertising result.

The overview of our dental services is on the dental clinic marketing page, and our general paid media page covers the channels. To discuss a campaign, contact us.

Pricing & engagement

Campaign management runs as a monthly fee for defined work, separate from the advertising budget, which you pay directly to Google and Meta from your own account. An audit or a landing page is a fixed-price project. We quote in rupees for Indian clinics and in US dollars for practices in the United States. We do not publish prices because the work depends on the number of locations, treatments and campaigns. We suggest at least three months so that there is enough data to judge, and we do not lock you into a long contract. The ad accounts, tracking and pages are yours.
