Website Design & Development
Website design and development for businesses of every size: fast, SEO-ready sites that answer buyer questions and turn visitors into enquiries. See Website Development for Real Estate Businesses.
Websites, search, advertising, social media and follow-up systems for brokers, developers, builders, agencies and property managers in India and the United States.
Quavento Technologies builds websites and runs search, advertising, social media and lead follow-up for real estate businesses. That covers residential and commercial brokers, developers and builders, letting and rental agencies, and property managers. Our team is in Pune, India. We work with Indian businesses directly and with American ones remotely.
Property is a slow, high-value decision, and most of the work of marketing it is not glamorous. A buyer searches for months, compares dozens of listings, visits a few sites and speaks to more than one agent. The business that answers quickly, shows accurate information and is easy to reach tends to be the one that gets the site visit. The business that is slow, vague or pushy tends to lose the enquiry before it has started.
This page explains how we approach real estate marketing, what we do in each service, how India and the United States differ, and what we cannot honestly claim. We have not published a case study in this industry yet, and we say so plainly below.

In stages, and across several places at once. A buyer might begin on a property portal, move to a map search for a locality, read a few reviews of a developer, look at a project video on Instagram or YouTube and then message two or three agents on WhatsApp or by form. A renter moves faster, often within days, and cares most about price, location and whether the place is still available.
The stages matter because each rewards something different. Early searching rewards a business that appears for locality and project terms. Comparison rewards clear photographs, floor plans, honest pricing information and a recognisable name. The final step rewards the speed and courtesy of the reply.
Most real estate marketing fails at one stage and spends heavily on the others. A business with excellent advertisements and a website that does not load on a phone wastes the advertising. A business with a good website and a lead form that nobody checks until the next day wastes the website. We start by finding the weakest stage.
Five kinds of business, whose needs differ more than the shared word property suggests. Brokers and agencies sell or let other people's property and live on enquiries and reputation. Developers and builders launch projects with a fixed unit inventory and a deadline-driven sales cycle. Rental agencies fill and refill vacancies. Property managers look after buildings and tenants for owners. Commercial specialists deal in offices, retail and warehouses where buyers are businesses.
A broker needs a website that shows current listings and a reason to prefer them over the portals. A developer needs a project page that answers a buyer's questions and captures the enquiry with the right project attached. A property manager often needs less marketing and more process: owner enquiries, tenant requests and renewals.
We do not treat these as one product. The first conversation is about which kind of business you run, how you earn and what a good month looks like, because the plan follows from that.
The vocabulary, the structure of the industry and the tools. In India, a large share of new homes is sold by developers and builders through their own sales teams and channel partners, projects are registered with a state real estate regulatory authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, buyers think in terms of carpet area, possession dates and RERA numbers, and many first conversations happen on WhatsApp or the phone. Portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com are heavily used, and Google Business Profile matters for local agents.
In the United States, most homes are sold through licensed agents working under a brokerage, listings are shared through multiple listing services, and buyers search on Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin as well as Google. Agents are licensed by the state and usually display a licence number. The terms differ too: realtor, listing agent, brokerage, property manager, landlord.
One page serves both markets. We write in the terms each market uses and build to the rules your adviser gives us. For American businesses we work remotely from Pune, with calls in US business hours, and we do not have a United States office.
Some are specific and some depend on where you are, so we state only what we have checked. In India, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 says in section 11(2) that a promoter of a registered project must mention the project's registration number in advertisements, as the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority explains on its advertisement guidelines. Individual state authorities add their own rules on how and where it is shown.
In the United States, section 3604(c) of the Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to make, print or publish any notice, statement or advertisement for the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates a preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. The text is in the United States Code (42 U.S.C. 3604). State licensing boards also set rules on what an agent's advertisement must show.
Beyond these, what your advertisements may say is a question for your own legal or compliance adviser, and we are not a substitute for one. We build their requirements into the website, the advertisements and the posts, and we do not publish anything they have not cleared.
Six things, each on its own page. Website development covers listing sites, project pages and enquiry paths. SEO covers locality, project and local search. Performance marketing covers Google and Meta campaigns. Social media marketing covers video, project updates and community content. Marketing automation covers follow-up, reminders and nurture.
These fit together as a chain. The website converts, search and advertising bring people to it, social media builds the name that makes them click, and automation makes sure the enquiry is answered. Most businesses do not need all of it at once, and we would rather start with the weak link than sell a bundle.
Our main service pages describe each discipline in general terms, including website development, SEO, paid media, social media marketing and marketing automation. The pages above apply them to property.
None directly, and we think you should know that before you read further. We have not published a case study, client result or testimonial in real estate, and we make no claim about years of experience in the industry. Anyone choosing an agency for property marketing is entitled to ask for that proof, and we would rather you ask here than assume.
What we can show is related work in other industries, labelled as such. We built the website for Shriram Industries, a manufacturing firm, and for Hotel Adhiras, a hotel where the website exists to turn visitors into direct bookings. Neither is in real estate. We also built a Google Business Profile setup for a local service business. The craft is similar and the industry is not.
If that is not enough, a small first project is a fair way to test us. We would suggest an audit or a single website or campaign with a written scope, so that you judge us on work rather than on a pitch. Our portfolio lists everything we have published.
We do not promise leads, rankings, site visits or sales, because none of those is in our control. Search results, advertising auctions and buyer demand move independently of us. We commit to defined work and honest reporting, and we tell you when something is not working.
We do not write misleading advertisements. That includes showing a unit or a view that does not exist, quoting a price that leaves out charges a buyer will pay, implying approvals a project does not hold, or using fabricated reviews and testimonials. We also do not give legal, tax, valuation or investment advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or rent any property.
We do not buy leads, scrape contact lists or send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you. Your database is yours, and anyone you contact should have a reason to expect it.
With whichever stage of the buyer's path is leaking most. For many businesses that is the follow-up: check how long an enquiry waits for a reply and what happens to it afterwards. It is the cheapest fix and often the most valuable, and our marketing automation page explains it.
For a business whose website is dated or slow, the website comes first, because it limits everything that follows. A developer with a launch date coming should plan the project page and tracking before the first advertisement, not after. A broker who depends on portals should look at building its own search presence so that a share of enquiries arrives without a listing fee.
We suggest one step at a time, each with a written scope and a defined price, then reviewing together. You can also read our guides to choosing a digital marketing agency and why a website may not be getting enquiries, then contact us with your situation. More about the company is on our about page.

Websites and one-off projects are quoted as a fixed price against a written scope and paid in milestones. Search, advertising, social media and automation run as monthly retainers with defined deliverables. We quote in rupees for Indian businesses and in US dollars for American ones, and we do not publish prices because a solo agent's website and a developer's multi-project launch are very different jobs. The main factors are the number of projects or listings, the markets covered, the integrations needed and the amount of content. Advertising spend, portal fees, hosting and software subscriptions are paid by you directly to those providers, and your accounts, domain and data stay in your ownership.
We have not published a case study in real estate yet. Our related published work is in other industries, and we label it that way. A small first project is a fair way to test us.
