Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree and PhonePe integration
We integrate the gateways Indian businesses use most, through official plugins for common platforms or direct API integration for custom websites, apps and portals.
Reliable online payments for websites, stores, apps and portals, with UPI, cards, net banking, subscriptions and refunds that simply work.
A payment gateway connects your website, store, app or portal to the banking system, so customers can pay you online by UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI or pay-later options. In India, providers such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PhonePe and others offer gateway services, each with different payment methods, fees, settlement terms, dashboards and developer tools. Payment gateway integration services cover choosing, connecting and testing all of this properly.
Integrating a gateway properly is more than adding a pay button. Payments can succeed at the bank but fail to update your system; customers can close the browser mid-payment; refunds, partial captures and failed transactions must be handled; and every transaction must reconcile with settlements in your bank account. Getting these details wrong leads to orders stuck as pending, customers charged without confirmation, and hours of manual reconciliation.
We integrate payment gateways into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom websites, mobile apps, SaaS products and portals. That includes one-time payments, subscriptions and recurring billing, payment links and invoices, split payments for marketplaces and multi-gateway setups for reliability. Every integration uses server-side verification and webhooks, follows the gateway’s security requirements and is tested for success, failure and refund scenarios before going live.

Tools & technologies
We integrate the gateways Indian businesses use most, through official plugins for common platforms or direct API integration for custom websites, apps and portals.
UPI is the most popular payment method for many Indian customers. We set up UPI intent on mobile, QR codes on desktop and collect flows where appropriate, with UPI placed prominently at checkout.
For memberships, SaaS, subscription boxes and instalments, we implement recurring payments using UPI Autopay, e-mandates or card mandates, following the rules for recurring transactions in India.
Webhooks confirm payment status directly from the gateway, so orders update correctly even if a customer closes the browser before returning to your site.
Marketplace and platform payments are divided between sellers and your commission automatically, with scheduled payouts and clear reports.
Sales and support teams can send payment links by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and B2B customers can pay invoices online, improving cash flow.
For high-volume businesses, routing payments across more than one gateway can improve success rates and provide a fallback if one provider has an issue.
Card details are handled by the gateway’s secure checkout, never stored on your server. Signatures are verified server-side and API keys are kept out of client code.

Launch and ongoing
Switch to live keys, monitor success rates and reconciliation in the first weeks.
Gateways differ in ways that matter to your business. Compare them on the factors below, using each provider’s current pricing and documentation rather than old comparisons.
This is one of the most common problems we fix. A customer pays successfully, but the browser closes, the network drops or the redirect back to your site fails. If your system relies only on that redirect to mark the order as paid, the order stays pending while the customer’s money has already moved.
The fix is to treat the gateway’s webhook, a server-to-server notification, as the reliable source of payment status, verify it with the gateway’s signature, and make processing idempotent so duplicate notifications do not create duplicate orders. A scheduled check of pending orders against the gateway adds a final safety net.
Under the Reserve Bank of India’s rules on card-on-file tokenisation, merchants cannot store customers’ actual card numbers. Saved cards are instead stored as tokens issued through the card networks and managed by the payment provider. For most businesses, this is handled by the gateway, but it matters if you want saved-card checkout or recurring card payments.
We use each gateway’s tokenisation-compliant features for saved cards, so returning customers can pay quickly without your systems ever holding card data.
Recurring payments in India follow specific rules for e-mandates. Customers set up a mandate, using UPI Autopay, a card mandate or a bank e-mandate such as eNACH, which authorises future debits within agreed limits. Customers are notified before debits, and higher-value recurring payments may require additional authentication.
For SaaS products, memberships, subscription boxes and instalment plans, we implement mandate creation, scheduled charges, retries for failed payments, upgrades and cancellations, and clear customer notifications. Gateway capabilities and limits differ, so we confirm the current rules with your chosen provider.
Refunds should be triggered from your admin or system, not by logging into the gateway dashboard separately, so records stay consistent. Partial refunds, cancellations before capture and refunds for returns in multi-item orders all need clear rules.
Failed payments deserve a friendly recovery path: explain what went wrong, suggest another payment method and keep the cart intact. For subscriptions, automatic retries and reminder messages recover many failed renewals without manual follow-up.
Marketplaces, aggregators and platforms often collect payments on behalf of several parties. Gateway features designed for this, such as Razorpay Route and Cashfree’s split settlements, divide each payment between linked accounts according to rules you set, and pay out on a schedule. We integrate these features with your order and commission logic and build reports that explain every payout. Our marketplace development service covers the wider platform.
Every order should match a payment, every payment should match a settlement in your bank account, and fees and taxes should be accounted for. Without automated reconciliation, finance teams spend hours matching spreadsheets, and discrepancies go unnoticed.
We store gateway payment and settlement IDs against orders, pull settlement reports through the gateway’s API and build reconciliation views that flag mismatches. Where needed, data flows into your accounting system or ERP.
Small improvements in payment success rates add up quickly. Useful steps include placing UPI prominently on mobile, offering several methods without overwhelming customers, keeping the payment step fast and clear, handling bank downtime gracefully, and routing transactions across more than one gateway for high-volume businesses.
We monitor success rates by method and bank after launch and adjust the setup where failures cluster.
Using a gateway’s hosted or embedded checkout keeps card details within the gateway’s certified environment, so your servers never handle them. We verify payment signatures on the server, keep secret keys out of browser and app code, restrict access to gateway dashboards and log payment events for auditing.
Payment aggregators and gateways in India operate under regulation by the Reserve Bank of India, and your provider will complete merchant onboarding and KYC checks before activating live payments. We help you prepare the information needed for faster onboarding.
Yes. Gateways offer SDKs for Android, iOS and cross-platform frameworks alongside web checkout. With a shared backend handling order creation, verification and webhooks, your website and app use the same reliable payment logic, and reports cover both channels together.
Many Indian gateways can accept payments from international cards and some international payment methods, subject to additional verification, documentation and rules for cross-border payments. Exporters, education providers, SaaS businesses and service firms with overseas clients often need this.
Settlement currency, fees, documentation and compliance requirements differ from domestic payments, so we confirm the current options with your chosen gateway and your chartered accountant before integration, then build multi-currency pricing and checkout where appropriate.
Not every sale happens through a website checkout. Sales teams closing deals on the phone, clinics collecting advance fees, coaching institutes accepting admissions and B2B suppliers collecting invoice payments can all use payment links or QR codes sent by WhatsApp, SMS or email. When links are created from your own system, payments update records automatically instead of being matched by hand later.
These mistakes cause lost revenue, angry customers and reconciliation headaches.
Have your business registration, PAN, GST details, bank account and website policies, such as terms, privacy, refund and shipping, ready for the gateway’s onboarding. List the payment methods you want, expected volumes, whether you need subscriptions, payment links, split payments or international payments, and the systems that must receive payment data.
Effort depends on the platform, whether a ready plugin fits or a custom API integration is needed, the payment flows involved, subscriptions, split payments, multiple gateways, reconciliation and reporting needs, and testing across web and mobile. Transaction fees are separate and agreed directly with your gateway provider.
Payment integrations are usually quoted as fixed-price projects based on the platform, payment flows and features such as subscriptions, split payments or multiple gateways. Gateway fees are agreed directly between you and the provider.
It depends on your payment methods, volumes, features and platform. Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree and PhonePe are popular choices; we compare current terms for your needs.
Yes. We integrate UPI through your gateway with intent flows on mobile and QR codes on desktop, and place UPI prominently at checkout.
Yes. We implement recurring payments using UPI Autopay, card mandates or e-mandates through gateways that support them, including retries and notifications.
Usually because the system relies on the browser redirect instead of webhooks. We add verified webhook handling and automatic checks to fix it.
No. Card details are handled by the gateway’s secure checkout, and saved cards use tokenisation managed by the provider.
Yes. Multi-gateway setups can route payments for better success rates or provide a fallback if one provider has problems.
Yes. We can send payment and settlement data to your accounting system or ERP and build reconciliation reports.
A standard plugin-based integration can take a few days to a couple of weeks. Custom integrations with subscriptions or split payments take longer. Gateway onboarding time depends on the provider.
