Website Design & Development
Website design and development for businesses of every size: fast, SEO-ready sites that answer buyer questions and turn visitors into enquiries. See Website Development for Dental Clinics.
Websites, local search, paid enquiries and reviews for dental clinics, orthodontists, implant and cosmetic practices and small dental groups, built around booked appointments.
Quavento Technologies builds websites for dental clinics and runs their local search, Google Ads and review management. We work with single-chair clinics, multi-chair practices, orthodontists, implant and cosmetic dentistry practices and small dental groups. Our team is in Pune, India. We work with Indian clinics directly and with practices in the United States remotely, with calls in US business hours and no US office.
Dentistry is booked in a hurry and in worry. A person with a toothache at ten at night, a parent looking for an orthodontist, or someone who has put off a crown for two years searches on a phone, compares three or four clinics in a few minutes and calls one. Whether that call reaches you depends on the map listing, the reviews, the first screen of your website and how fast someone answers.
This page sets out how we approach dental marketing, what we do and do not do, and how the work differs between India and the United States. One point first: we are a development and marketing company. We do not give dental or medical advice, and nothing on this page is a statement about any treatment.

Mostly by proximity, then by proof. The first search is usually local: dentist near me, a treatment with a locality, or an emergency dentist. Google answers with a map and three clinics. The patient looks at the rating, the number of reviews, whether the clinic is open, and taps to call or to get directions. Only some go on to read the website.
Those who do read it are looking for specific reassurance. Is the dentist qualified and registered? Which treatments does the clinic provide? Is there parking, is it near a station, is it open on Sunday? Can I book without a phone call? Parents, in particular, look for whether the clinic treats children, and people considering a larger treatment look for how the first visit works.
Cost is the question patients most want answered and clinics most often avoid. We do not suggest publishing prices you cannot stand behind. We do suggest explaining how a quote is given, what the first consultation involves and which payment options exist, because a patient who understands the process is less afraid of it.
Because dentistry is a regulated health profession and the public takes what a clinic says about treatment seriously. In many places the dental council or board sets rules on how a dentist may advertise, and those rules commonly cover claims about results, comparison with other dentists, testimonials, photographs and signage. They differ from one country and one state to the next, and they change.
We do not decide what your clinic may say. We bring a working knowledge of the kinds of copy that usually cause trouble, and we build the review into the project: you or your adviser approve the wording of treatment pages, the use of photographs and the way reviews are shown before anything is published. Where a rule is uncertain, your dental council, your state board or your legal or compliance adviser decides, and we follow.
A few habits keep a clinic out of difficulty in almost any market, and they also build trust with patients.
The things an anxious person checks in the first ten seconds. Your clinic name and area, today's opening hours, a call button and a booking button that stay visible as the page scrolls, and a clear statement of what you treat. Below that, a page for each main treatment, written in plain language and reviewed by the dentist, and a page for each dentist with their qualifications, registration details and photograph.
The site should say how the first visit works: what to bring, how long it takes, how to reach the clinic, whether there is step-free access and which languages the team speaks. It needs a privacy notice that matches what the site really does with the booking form, and it must load quickly on a mid-range phone, because that is the device most patients use.
Our website development for dental clinics page describes the build in detail, including booking forms, treatment pages and patient data. A clinic that needs a refresh rather than a new site may prefer a website redesign that keeps its existing search visibility.
Through the map listing, which for dentistry matters more than the website. A complete Google Business Profile, with the right primary category, accurate address and hours, a list of treatments, real photographs of the clinic and team and a booking link, is the single most useful free asset a clinic has. Details must match across directories, and each real location needs its own profile and its own page.
Organic search covers the questions people ask before they choose: what happens at a first orthodontic consultation, how a clinic handles a dental emergency, what to expect at a check-up. A clinic that answers these well, in its own area, builds visibility that does not cost a click.
Our SEO services for dental clinics page explains the method. For the general technique, read our local SEO checklist for Google Maps and our overview of local SEO.
When you have capacity and a treatment worth advertising. A clinic with an empty chair next month, or a new implant or aligner service, can reach people searching at that moment through Google Ads and, for planned treatments, through Meta advertising. Paid campaigns start producing calls within days, which organic search cannot do.
They also cost money for every click, including clicks that never become a booking, so the numbers need watching. We measure calls, form submissions and booking requests, not clicks, and we separate emergency searches from planned treatment searches because they behave differently and deserve different budgets.
Health advertising carries platform rules as well as professional ones. Google and Meta each restrict some health-related content and targeting, and we follow their current policies. Our performance marketing for dental clinics page covers this, and our Google Ads lead generation checklist gives the general method.
They decide many choices between two nearby clinics. A rating and a handful of recent comments about whether the dentist was gentle, the clinic was clean and the staff were kind carry more weight than any line of your own copy.
The way to earn them is to ask every patient, in the same way, shortly after the visit, with a direct link and nothing offered in return. Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews and prohibits selectively asking only the patients you expect to be positive. In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews also prohibits fake reviews and incentives conditioned on a positive sentiment.
Replies need particular care for a health practice. A reply must never confirm that the reviewer was a patient or mention their treatment, their appointment or anything about their care. Our online reputation management for dental clinics page sets out a routine, and our guide on how to get more Google reviews covers the basics.
They are the most persuasive content a cosmetic or orthodontic clinic has and the most regulated. Some dental councils and boards restrict or prohibit them, others allow them under conditions, and platforms add their own limits on health-related before and after imagery in advertising.
Our position is simple. We use them only where your dental council or board and your adviser confirm that you may, only with the patient's written consent that covers the website, social media and advertising, and only with a caption that states it is one person's case and that results vary. We never edit, retouch or crop an image to exaggerate a change, and we do not use stock photographs as though they were your patients.
Where they are not permitted, a clinic can still show its work through plain explanations, photographs of its premises and equipment, introductions to its dentists and answers to common questions. These are less dramatic and entirely safe.
An enquiry is only worth something if it becomes a visit. The booking path should be short: a form that asks for a name, a number and a preferred time, a confirmation that arrives straight away and a person who responds within the working day. Many Indian patients prefer to ask a question on WhatsApp first, and many American patients expect to book online. We set up whichever suits your clinic.
Recall is the quiet source of repeat visits. Patients due for a check-up or a follow-up can be reminded by email, SMS or WhatsApp, provided they have agreed to receive messages. We build simple, consent-based reminder flows that connect to the tools you already use, and we do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not opted in. Our WhatsApp Business app versus API guide explains the options in India.
Patient data is sensitive, so the forms collect only what is needed to book. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to personal data. In the United States, whether HIPAA applies to your practice and to the tools on your website is a question for your adviser. We follow your direction. Our DPDP Act website checklist is a starting point.
The vocabulary, the platforms and the rules. Indian clinics are often described by the dentist's name and locality, and patients rely on Google, Justdial and WhatsApp. Treatment names, payment conversation and the expectations around consultation fees differ. Dentists are registered with the dental council of their state, and advertising conduct is a matter for the council's code of ethics, which is for your council and adviser to interpret.
American practices speak of general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, and patients search with insurance in mind: whether the practice accepts a plan, whether it has new patient appointments and whether it offers emergency visits. Each state dental board has advertising rules, and practices that handle health information think about HIPAA. Accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act is also expected of the website.
We write in the terms each market uses and build to the rules you give us. One page of ours serves both countries, and the work is adapted to the market you operate in. For American practices we work remotely from Pune.
Several things, and it is better to say so here. We do not give dental, medical or legal advice, and we do not write copy that diagnoses, prescribes or promises an outcome. We do not act as your compliance adviser, and our familiarity with common rules does not replace your own sign-off.
We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, run gated review requests or offer patients rewards for ratings. We do not publish before and after photographs without consent and approval, and we do not claim qualifications, awards or affiliations you do not hold.
On the technical side, we do not host clinical records or run practice management software for you. Booking and reminder tools are set up in accounts you own, with providers you choose, and we tell you what each one collects.
Start with the foundation: a verified Google Business Profile with correct details and a website that is quick, clear and easy to book from. Then add treatment pages and a review routine. Paid campaigns and recall flows come when the basics are ready to receive the enquiries they generate.
On proof, we should be plain. We have not published case studies in the dental industry yet, and we do not claim dental clients or results. What we can show is related work in other industries, clearly labelled as such: the Google Business Profile work for Shruti IT Service, a local service business, and the hand-coded website for Saptgiri Capital, a firm in a regulated industry. Neither is a dental project.

We work with dental clinics in India from our office in Pune, and with businesses in the United States remotely, with calls in US business hours. The work is the same. The terms, platforms and rules differ, and we plan for each market.

Websites are quoted as a fixed price against a written scope and paid in milestones. Local SEO, advertising management and review management run as monthly retainers with defined deliverables. We quote in rupees for Indian clinics and in US dollars for practices in the United States. We do not publish prices because a single-chair clinic and a multi-location group are very different projects. The main factors are the number of locations, the number of treatment pages, the approval rounds you need and any booking or messaging integrations. Advertising spend and third-party tools are paid by you directly to the platforms, and your Google Business Profile, analytics and website remain yours.
No. We are a development and marketing company. We build websites and run search, advertising and review work for dental clinics. Nothing we write is dental advice or a statement about a treatment.
We have not published case studies in this industry yet and do not claim dental clients or results. We can show related work in other industries, labelled as such, in our portfolio.
You do, in writing, with your adviser where needed. Your dental council or board and your adviser decide what may be said. We publish only the approved version.
Only where your council or board and adviser confirm it is permitted, and with the patient's written consent and an honest caption. We never edit images to exaggerate results.
We set up a fair request routine for every patient and reply to reviews. We never write, buy or gate reviews, or offer rewards for ratings, because platforms and regulators prohibit them.
