Digital Marketing Agency in the USA

What we do for businesses in the USA.

Quavento Technologies is a digital marketing and development agency that works with businesses across the United States from our office in Pune, India. We design and build websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software, and we grow them with SEO, Google Ads, social media, content, email and branding. We do not have a US office, and we will not pretend to. What we offer is a senior team at offshore rates, with calls during your working day and reporting you can read in five minutes.

US companies usually come to us for one of three reasons. Their current agency is expensive and slow to respond. Their freelancers are good at one thing but nobody owns the whole picture. Or they have an in-house marketer who needs a production team behind them. In each case the fix is the same: one accountable team that builds the thing and then markets it, so the developer and the SEO specialist are not blaming each other.

This page explains how working with a remote agency in India actually runs day to day, what we do, how we handle time zones, contracts and US rules such as accessibility and privacy, and how to decide whether we are the right fit. Each service below has its own page with far more detail.

Guide

What you should know in the USA.

Why do US businesses hire a digital agency in India?

Cost is the first reason, and it is a legitimate one. Salaries and overheads in Pune are lower than in Austin or Boston, so the same budget buys more senior hours. A US small business that could afford one junior generalist locally can often afford a designer, a developer and a marketer working part time on its account with us.

Cost alone is a poor reason, though. Cheap work that has to be redone is the most expensive kind. The businesses that stay with an offshore team do so because of capacity and continuity: the same people on the account month after month, a wider range of skills than a small local shop can hold, and work that moves forward overnight while their own team sleeps.

The honest drawbacks are distance and time. You cannot drop by our office, and our working day overlaps yours by only a few hours. We handle that with fixed call windows, written updates and a single project manager, which the sections below describe.

How does communication work across US time zones?

India does not change its clocks, and the United States does. From the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, Pune is 9 hours 30 minutes ahead of Eastern Time and 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Pacific Time. In winter the gap grows by one hour. In practice our evening is your morning.

We keep set call windows for each US time zone, shown in the table further down this page. East Coast and Central clients usually meet us in their morning. West Coast clients choose between an early slot and a late-afternoon slot. Outside calls, everything runs in writing: a shared channel in Slack or email, a task board you can see, and a short weekly summary of what was done, what is next and what we need from you.

  • One named project manager who attends every call and owns every deadline.
  • A standing weekly call at the same time, in your time zone.
  • Written updates, so decisions are never lost in a meeting nobody recorded.
  • Replies to messages within one business day, and sooner during the overlap hours.

Which services do US clients use most?

Build work travels well. A website, a Shopify store or an app is defined by a specification and judged by whether it works, so location matters little. That is why most US engagements start with web design and development, ecommerce development, Shopify development, custom software or mobile app development.

Marketing work follows once the foundation is sound. SEO is the most common, because technical fixes and well-researched content do not depend on where the team sits. Google Ads management, content writing, email marketing and conversion rate optimization are added as the account grows.

Some work is better done locally, and we will say so. Video shoots, in-person events and anything that needs someone physically in your city should go to a local partner. We are glad to work alongside one.

What is different about marketing to US customers?

The US is not one market. A roofing company in Phoenix, a SaaS startup in San Francisco and a law firm in Atlanta face different competitors, different seasons and different buyers. Search results change by city, ad costs change by state, and consumer habits change by region. A plan that treats the country as a single audience wastes money.

Buyers also expect more before they contact you. They read reviews on Google and Yelp, compare prices, check your site on a phone and look for a real address and return policy. Trust signals that are optional in some markets are basic requirements here.

Language matters in small ways that add up. We write US pages in American English, quote prices in dollars, use month-day-year dates and US phone formats, and refer to the platforms Americans actually use. A page that says colour, enquiry and lakh tells a US visitor it was not written for them.

How do you handle US accessibility and privacy rules?

Two areas of US law affect nearly every website. The first is accessibility. Businesses are regularly sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act over websites that people with disabilities cannot use, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are the standard courts and regulators point to. We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA as a baseline: sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for images, full keyboard navigation and labeled form fields.

The second is privacy. California's CCPA and CPRA, and similar laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, give residents rights over their personal data. If you run advertising pixels, you may need a clear notice and a way for visitors to opt out of the sale or sharing of their data. Email is covered by CAN-SPAM and text messages by the TCPA, which requires prior consent.

We build the technical parts: consent banners, opt-out links, accessible templates and unsubscribe handling. We are not lawyers, and nothing on this page is legal advice. Your attorney should review your privacy policy and terms.

Who owns the work, the accounts and the data?

You do. This is the question to ask any agency, local or remote, before you sign. Domains, hosting, source code, design files, analytics properties and ad accounts are created in your name or transferred to you. We work inside them as a user you can remove at any time.

Agencies that keep the ad account or the website under their own login make it painful to leave, and some do it on purpose. If we stop working together, you keep everything, including the history in your Google Ads account, which is worth real money because the bidding systems learn from it.

  • Source code delivered through a repository you own, such as GitHub.
  • Ad accounts, Google Analytics and Search Console set up under your business email.
  • Design files handed over in editable formats, not only exported images.
  • A written handover document at the end of every build project.

How can you check an offshore agency before hiring it?

Ask to see live work and open it on your phone. Ask who, by name, will be on your account and speak to that person, not only to a salesperson. Ask for a written scope with a price, and compare how specific it is. A vague proposal produces a vague result.

Start small. A paid audit, a landing page or a two-week discovery project shows you how a team communicates before you commit to something large. We would rather begin with a small project and earn the next one.

Look at what we publish. Our portfolio holds case studies of real projects, and each one says where the client is based. Today those clients are in India. We do not invent US clients, borrow logos or post reviews we did not earn, and you should be wary of any agency that seems to have a testimonial for every city in America.

How do you measure results?

We agree on the numbers that matter to your business before any work starts. For a lead-generation site that is usually qualified inquiries and cost per lead. For a store it is revenue, conversion rate and return on ad spend. Rankings, traffic and impressions are useful along the way, but they are not the goal.

Tracking is set up first: Google Analytics 4, conversion events, call tracking where it applies and, for ads, conversions imported from your CRM so the platforms learn which leads became customers. Each month you receive a short report in plain English that says what changed, why, and what we will do next. If something did not work, the report says that too.

Which US locations do you serve?

All of them. Because the work is remote, a client in Miami gets the same team as a client in Seattle. What changes is the research. Before we write a page or build a campaign we study your local market: who ranks in your city, what your competitors charge, which neighborhoods or industries drive demand and how seasonal the business is.

We are publishing location pages for individual states and cities in stages, starting with the largest metro areas. A location page appears on this site only when we have something specific and accurate to say about that market. Until then, this page and the national service pages cover the whole country.

  4. 04

Design and development in reviewable stages on a staging site, or campaigns launched in controlled steps with budgets you set.

  5. 05

    Report and improve

    Ongoing

Monthly reporting against the agreed numbers, with a clear list of next actions and an honest note on what did not work.

Pricing & engagement

How do pricing and engagement work?

Projects such as a website, a store or an app are quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, paid in milestones. Ongoing work such as SEO, ads and content runs on a monthly retainer with a defined set of deliverables, and you can stop with notice set out in the agreement. We quote and invoice in US dollars, and you pay by bank transfer or card. We do not publish price lists because the right budget depends on your scope, your market and how competitive it is. What we can promise is that the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice, unless you change the scope.

Working with a remote team

When can we meet in your time zone?

We keep fixed call windows for each US time zone: 9 am to 1 pm Eastern, 8 am to 11 am Central, 8 am to 10 am Mountain, and 8 am to 9 am or 5 pm to 7 pm Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are answered within one business day.

You receive a written agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline, ownership of the work and how either side can end it. Invoices are issued in US dollars and can be paid by international bank transfer or card. Build projects are billed in milestones and retainers monthly.

Yes. Content for US audiences is written in American English with US spelling, dollar amounts, US date formats and references to the tools and habits your customers know. Every piece is edited before it reaches you, and you approve it before it is published.

Yes. Many US clients have a marketing manager or a developer on staff and use us as the production team behind them. We work in your tools, follow your brand guidelines and coordinate with other vendors such as a local video or PR partner.

A single landing page, a technical SEO audit or a short discovery project are all sensible starting points. A small first project lets you see how we communicate and deliver before you decide on anything larger.

No. Nobody controls Google or your market, and an agency that guarantees a ranking is promising something it cannot deliver. We commit to the work, the timeline and transparent reporting, and we tell you plainly when a goal is not realistic for the budget.
