In short
Quavento Technologies set up and optimised the Google Business Profile for Shruti IT Service, a CCTV, solar and electrical contractor in Sinnar, Nashik. We made the name, address, phone number and hours match the website, chose categories and services that fit the business, and added the service areas the team covers across Maharashtra.

Who is Shruti IT Service and why did they need a Google Business Profile?
Shruti IT Service installs CCTV systems, solar panels, fibre networks and toll automation, and carries out electrical works, from its office in Sinnar, Nashik. We had already built the company's website.
A website answers people who already know your name. A Google Business Profile, which many people still call Google My Business or GMB, is what appears when someone searches for a service near them or looks you up on Google Maps. For a contractor who works on site across a region, it is often the first thing a new customer sees.
What problems did the profile have to solve?
A profile that is missing or half filled in costs a local business enquiries. These were the points to get right.
- 01
Being found for the service, not only the name
Customers search for CCTV installation or solar panel installation with a place name. The profile had to tell Google clearly which services the business offers.
- 02
One office, a wide service area
The office is in Sinnar, but the team works across Nashik, Pune and other districts. The profile had to show that without pretending to have offices elsewhere.
- 03
Details that agree everywhere
If the name, address or phone number differ between the website and the profile, customers get confused and Google trusts the listing less.
- 04
A listing that looks active
A profile with no photos, no hours and no description looks abandoned, even when the business is busy.
How did Quavento Technologies solve it?
We followed the same steps we use for every Google Business Profile optimisation project, and kept to Google's guidelines throughout: the real business name, the real address and no keyword stuffing.
- 01
Exact business details
We entered the business name, the Sinnar office address, the phone number and the working hours exactly as they appear on the website's contact page.
- 02
Categories and services
We chose a primary category that fits the main line of work and listed CCTV, solar, fibre network, toll automation and electrical works as services, each with a short plain description.
- 03
Service areas
We added the areas the team actually travels to, so the listing can appear for customers outside Sinnar while the address stays honest.
- 04
Description, photos and link
We wrote a business description in plain language, added the logo and photos of real project work, and linked the profile to the website.
What does the finished profile include?
A complete profile gives a customer everything they need to decide to call.
- 01
Business information
Name, address, phone number, website and working hours, all matching the website.
- 02
Services
Each service listed and described, so the profile can match service searches.
- 03
Service areas
The districts covered from the Sinnar office.
- 04
Photos and logo
The company logo and photos of completed installations.
- 05
A guide for the owner
How to reply to reviews, add new project photos and keep hours up to date.

What was the result?
Shruti IT Service now has a complete Google Business Profile that shows the right name, address, phone number, hours and services on Google Search and Google Maps, and it matches the website.
We have not published ranking or call figures for this project. Local rankings also depend on things no agency controls, such as how close the searcher is and how many genuine reviews a business earns over time. Anyone who promises a fixed position on Google Maps is promising something they cannot deliver.
What can other local businesses take from this project?
Fill in every field, keep your details identical everywhere they appear, and ask real customers for reviews after a job is finished. Those three habits do more than any trick.
Our local SEO checklist for Google Maps walks through the full list, and our local SEO services page explains how we handle it for clients.
Frequently asked questions
Is Google My Business the same as Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in 2021. It is the same free listing that shows your business on Google Search and Google Maps.
Can a business with one office show up in other cities?
A business that travels to its customers can add service areas to its profile. That lets the listing appear for nearby searches, though businesses located closer to the searcher usually have an advantage.
How long does Google Business Profile verification take?
It depends on the method Google offers for your business. Video, phone or email verification can be done in a few days. Postcard verification takes longer because the card has to arrive by post.
Does Quavento Technologies manage Google Business Profiles every month?
Yes. Besides one-time setup, we offer monthly management that covers posts, new photos, review replies and reporting. Ask us for a free proposal.
