Creators chosen for fit, not follower count
We look at audience location, age, interests and language, engagement quality, content style and past brand work, so each creator reaches your real customers.
Creator partnerships chosen for audience fit and authenticity, managed end to end with clear briefs, fair contracts, proper disclosure and honest measurement.
Indian consumers increasingly discover products through creators they follow on Instagram and YouTube. A trusted creator showing how they genuinely use a product, reviewing it honestly or explaining why it works for them can influence decisions more than a brand’s own advertising. From beauty, fashion and food to finance, technology, parenting, fitness, travel and education, there are creators with loyal audiences in almost every niche and language.
Influencer marketing works best when it is treated as a partnership, not a paid post. The right creator has an audience that matches your customers, a style that fits your brand, real engagement and credibility in the category. The brief should give creators enough context to make content that feels natural to their audience, while making sure claims are accurate and disclosure is clear.
As an influencer marketing agency, we manage the full process: defining goals and budgets, discovering and vetting creators, negotiating fees and usage rights, briefing, approving content, ensuring disclosure under Indian advertising rules, tracking results with unique links and codes, and using the best creator content in ads through whitelisting. We work with nano, micro, mid-tier and larger creators, and we report on reach, engagement, traffic, sales and content value rather than follower counts alone.

People trust recommendations from individuals they follow more than they trust brand advertising. Creators have built relationships with their audiences over time, and when they genuinely use and recommend a product, their followers pay attention. Creator content also feels native to the platform, so it is watched rather than skipped.
Influencer marketing is especially powerful for products that benefit from demonstration, such as beauty, fashion, food, gadgets and apps, and for categories where trust matters, such as finance, health and education, provided claims are accurate and responsible.
Creators are often grouped by audience size, although definitions vary.
It depends on your goal. Micro and nano creators often have more engaged, niche audiences and can produce authentic content at lower cost, making them effective for conversions, local businesses and building trust. Larger creators offer reach and cultural visibility, useful for launches and awareness. Many campaigns combine a few larger creators for reach with many smaller creators for authenticity and volume.
Follower count is the least important factor. We evaluate:
Some accounts inflate numbers with bought followers, engagement pods or bots. Warning signs include sudden follower jumps, engagement rates far out of line with similar creators, generic or repetitive comments, audiences concentrated in countries irrelevant to the creator and low story views compared with followers. We review creator insights shared by the creator, analyse public data and look for these patterns before recommending anyone.
Indian rules require that paid, gifted or otherwise incentivised content be clearly identified. The Advertising Standards Council of India’s guidelines for influencer advertising, and the Consumer Affairs department’s endorsement guidance under consumer protection law, expect prominent labels such as “ad”, “sponsored”, “collaboration” or “partnership” that audiences can easily see, not hidden among hashtags. Platform tools such as Instagram’s paid partnership label support this.
Creators should only endorse products they have used and should not make misleading claims. Financial, health and some other categories have additional expectations, such as qualifications for certain advice. Brands share responsibility, so we build disclosure into every brief and review content before it goes live. This is general guidance; brands should confirm specific requirements with their legal advisers.
A good brief gives direction without scripting every word.
Contracts protect both sides. They typically cover deliverables and formats, timelines, the review and approval process, disclosure obligations, usage rights for the brand to reuse content and for how long, whitelisting permissions, exclusivity with competitors, payment terms, what happens if content is delayed or removed, and confidentiality before launch. Clear agreements prevent the most common disputes.
Whitelisting, or partnership ads, lets a brand run ads using a creator’s content from the creator’s own handle, with their permission. These ads often perform well because they look like a trusted recommendation rather than a brand advertisement. They also let brands target the creator’s content to new audiences, retarget website visitors and test different creator videos. Our Instagram marketing and Facebook marketing services run these campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Measurement depends on the goal. For awareness, we look at reach, views and engagement from creator insights. For consideration, we look at link clicks, profile visits and follower growth. For sales, we use UTM links, unique discount codes and affiliate tracking to connect content to purchases. We also value the content itself, which can be reused in ads and on your website. We avoid reporting inflated metrics such as estimated media value that do not reflect business outcomes.
Seeding means sending products to relevant creators without guaranteed posts, in the hope that they will genuinely like and share them. It works well for new launches and for building long-term relationships. If a creator posts about a gifted product, the gift is still a material connection and should be disclosed. We manage creator lists, packaging, logistics and follow-up.
One-off posts can create a spike of interest, but long-term partnerships, where creators feature a brand repeatedly over months, usually feel more authentic and build stronger recall. Audiences notice when a creator keeps choosing to use a product. Ambassador programmes and affiliate partnerships reward creators for ongoing results.
B2B brands can partner with respected professionals, founders and industry commentators on LinkedIn and YouTube for thought leadership, reviews and event promotion. Financial services, healthcare and education need extra care: claims must be accurate, some advice may require qualified individuals and content must follow sector regulations. We review content closely for these categories. Our LinkedIn marketing service covers B2B creator partnerships.
Creators who make content in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati and other languages have deeply engaged audiences in their regions. For brands expanding beyond metros or targeting specific states, regional creators often deliver stronger trust and relevance than national English-speaking creators.
These mistakes are common and often costly.
With usage rights, creator videos can appear on product pages, landing pages and in paid campaigns, adding social proof where purchase decisions happen. Short creator videos are also strong inputs for reels and short-form video programmes and ecommerce product pages.
Affiliate programmes pay creators a commission on sales made through their unique link or code, which aligns rewards with results and suits D2C and ecommerce brands. Ambassador programmes go further, with selected creators representing the brand over several months through regular content, early access to launches and sometimes product co-creation. Both need clear terms, reliable tracking in your store or affiliate platform and timely payouts, so creators stay motivated and trust the relationship.
Costs depend on the number and size of creators, platforms and formats, usage rights and exclusivity, product and shipping costs, campaign duration and whether whitelisting ads are included. Creator fees are paid separately from our management fee, and we itemise all costs in the proposal.
