Community-centered content
Posts that speak to the neighborhoods and communities you serve.
Quavento Technologies provides social media marketing for businesses in Atlanta, Georgia. We plan the content, edit the video, design the graphics, write the captions, schedule the posts and report on what the work produced, from reach and engagement to bookings, orders and qualified enquiries. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time and bill in US dollars.
Atlanta is a center of culture as much as commerce. Its music, film and television, food, fashion and sports reach audiences everywhere, and its social media is lively and influential. It is also a city with a large and proud Black business community, major universities and historically Black colleges, corporate headquarters and one of the busiest logistics hubs in the country.
This page explains how we approach social media for Atlanta businesses, what is realistic for a team working from India and what you can fairly expect. We do not promise followers, viral posts or a particular return.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Social Media Marketing overview, including Social Media Management and Social Media Strategy. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, manufacturers and financial services firms.

Instagram, TikTok and Facebook lead for consumer businesses. Instagram and TikTok shape what is popular in food, fashion, music and nightlife, and trends that start in Atlanta spread nationally. Facebook remains strong for community groups, churches, schools and events, and for older audiences across the suburbs.
LinkedIn serves the many corporate offices, logistics and supply chain firms, payments and technology companies and professional services in the metro, where buyers and recruiters read it daily. YouTube suits businesses that teach or demonstrate, and X and Threads carry news, sports and conversation that brands can join thoughtfully.
We begin with where your customers already spend their time and what your closest competitors are doing, then settle on two or three platforms. Atlanta rewards brands that show up consistently on a few channels, and it punishes accounts that post on seven and answer on none.
By learning who your customers are and showing them accurately. Atlanta has one of the largest concentrations of Black-owned businesses in the country, a network of historically Black colleges and universities and strong Hispanic, Korean, Vietnamese, Ethiopian, Indian and many other communities, especially along corridors such as Buford Highway.
Good content is specific. It uses real people and real places, speaks in a voice the audience recognizes and appears on the platforms that community prefers. For Black-owned businesses, we help share the story, the craft and the community ties that customers value. For other communities, we write in the right language with a native speaker's review, instead of translating English.
We avoid stereotypes and never target audiences in ways that break platform policy or the law. We measure each campaign separately, because costs and results differ by community and platform, and we share what we learn so that your own sense of your customers sharpens the work.
As the main way audiences and clients find them. Atlanta's film and television industry, recording studios, venues, promoters, photographers, stylists and creative studios live on reputation, and a feed full of recent work and real moments does the work of a portfolio.
For venues and promoters, we promote events with clear dates, line-ups and ticket links, short clips of past nights and reminders as the date approaches. For studios and production services, we show work in progress, equipment, locations and the team, and invite enquiries. For festivals and large events, we plan content weeks ahead and measure tickets, visits and sign-ups.
Rights matter. Music, footage and images that belong to others cannot simply be posted, and platforms remove content that uses unlicensed material. We use properly licensed audio and clearances, and we ask you to confirm permissions for anything that features artists, clients or locations.
Closely. Atlanta is a center of influencer culture, with creators in music, comedy, food, fashion, fitness and lifestyle who reach large and loyal audiences. A well-chosen creator can bring a restaurant, boutique, studio or service business customers that ads alone cannot.
We help find creators whose followers match your customers, write clear briefs and agree on what is delivered, when and how it may be reused. Smaller creators with engaged local audiences often cost less and convert better than famous names. We track results with unique links and offer codes, so that you can see what each partnership produced.
The Federal Trade Commission requires clear disclosure when a creator is paid or receives free products, meals or services, and it bans fake reviews and testimonials. We make sure posts carry the platform's paid partnership label or a plain statement at the start of the caption. Your attorney should review contracts.
By making content local and promoting it locally. Metro Atlanta covers more than two dozen counties, and the Perimeter and the roads that cross it make travel time more important than distance. A business in Decatur, Marietta, Alpharetta or Buckhead draws from its own part of the metro.
We use location tags, local hashtags and promotion to people within a drive of your door, and build content for each area you serve, with something true to say about the work there. Partnerships with neighboring businesses, schools, churches and community groups give posts a human face.
Conventions and large events bring visitors, and businesses near the venues can reach them with timed posts and promoted content. We plan these moments in the calendar weeks ahead, with fixed dates and limited budgets, and measure what each produced.
Our team is in Pune, which means we cannot film at your studio, venue or shop. The raw clips come from you, and the rest is ours: planning, scripts, editing, graphics, captions, scheduling and reporting.
Each month we send a shot list to one person on your team. A venue gets soundcheck and doors-open moments, a restaurant the kitchen and the room, a studio work in progress, a logistics firm a warehouse floor and a driver's day. An hour or two on a phone is enough to supply a month of posts.
Approvals run through a shared calendar, and our hours overlap with an Atlanta morning, so a timely post can go out the same day. For bigger productions, Atlanta's film community offers plenty of videographers, and we write the brief and cut the footage you commission.
To build trust before a salesperson calls. Atlanta's freight and logistics companies, payments and financial technology firms, consultancies, law practices and accountants sell to professionals who research suppliers carefully, and a company that shows what it knows has an advantage over one with a silent page.
We help people inside the company share real expertise: explanations of how a process works, answers to questions customers ask, updates from the warehouse or the office, milestones and commentary on industry news. Posts are written with the expert, reviewed by them and published under their name or the company's.
LinkedIn ads can reach specific job titles, industries and company sizes, and we connect results to your CRM so that the numbers that count are conversations started and deals influenced. Regulated firms face advertising rules that apply to social posts, and your compliance contact should approve wording before it is published.
The first month is an audit and a build. We review your profiles, competitors and past posts, agree on the two or three platforms to focus on and draft the first month of content. We also agree on who approves posts and how quickly, so that timely content can go out.
The second month is learning. We see which topics and formats get real responses, drop what does not and refine the voice for your community. For venues and studios, we track tickets and enquiries that began with a post.
By the third month there is enough data to judge what works. We report honestly on results against the goals we set, say whether to grow, hold or change course and plan the next quarter around events, festivals and the seasons that matter to your customers.
We measure what the business earns from social media: ticket sales, bookings, orders and qualified enquiries. Tracking links, offer codes and analytics are set up first, and a monthly report says what we published, what worked and what we will change.
The profiles, the ad account and the content are yours, and our access runs through business manager roles that you can remove at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no Atlanta office, and we hold calls between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time.

We start with three months and then continue monthly, and a written proposal follows a first call.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
