Google Ads & PPC Agency in Atlanta, GA

Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Atlanta, Georgia. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, track calls and forms through to sales and report on cost per lead and revenue. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time and bill in US dollars.

Atlanta is a metro of many cities and counties, divided by the Perimeter highway into places inside it and the sprawling suburbs beyond. It is a hub for logistics, payments and financial technology, film and television production, music, healthcare and corporate headquarters, and it has one of the largest concentrations of Black-owned businesses and historically Black colleges in the country.

Traffic decides where customers will travel, so geography matters more than distance on a map. This page sets out how we plan Google Ads for that market, and what you can fairly expect. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or a cost per lead.

For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

Guide

How do you target a metro with so many cities and counties?

By starting from where customers can actually get to you. Metro Atlanta spreads across more than two dozen counties, and the roads, especially the Perimeter and the connectors that cross it, mean that a place five miles away can be an hour's drive at rush hour. Customers know this and choose providers near their own routes.

We use ZIP codes, city names and radius targeting, informed by your customer records, and exclude areas you cannot reach in a reasonable time. A roofer in Marietta, a dentist in Decatur and a caterer in Buckhead draw from very different places, and a campaign should reflect that.

We review the location report each month to see which areas produce calls and which produce only clicks, and shift budget accordingly. For businesses with several locations, we build a campaign for each one with its own budget, ad copy and tracking, so that each branch reaches the people nearest to it.

  • Plan around drive times, not map distance.
  • Exclude areas you cannot reach in reasonable time.
  • Review the location report monthly.
  • Give each branch its own campaign.

How does Google Ads work for logistics, payments and B2B companies?

Through precise, intent-heavy searches and careful lead tracking. Atlanta is one of the main freight and distribution hubs in the Southeast, with a major airport, rail and highway connections, and a large community of payments, financial technology and software companies. Their buyers are professionals comparing suppliers.

We build campaigns on the terms those buyers type, such as the specific service, software category or compliance need, and write ads that promise something concrete, like a quote, a demo or a rate sheet. Landing pages lead with proof, such as certifications, integrations and client types you are allowed to name, and ask for only the information needed to qualify a lead.

Because sales cycles are long, we connect Google Ads to your CRM and report on qualified opportunities and closed accounts. Bidding then learns from revenue. A small number of the right enquiries is usually worth much more than a flood of cheap ones.

Can you advertise for film, television and music businesses?

Yes, with campaigns suited to a small, professional audience. Georgia has become a major center for film and television production, and Atlanta has a long music tradition. Production services, equipment rental, studios, location owners, editing and sound businesses, and event and talent services all sell to buyers who know exactly what they want.

For those advertisers, a short, precise keyword list usually works better than a long one. We target the specific equipment, service or location type, write ads in industry terms and send clicks to pages with specifications, availability and a simple way to request a quote. For some, YouTube and LinkedIn do more than Search, and we say so when that is the case.

Consumer-facing venues and events, such as concerts, festivals and studios open to the public, benefit from timed campaigns and accurate event details. We do not promise bookings, and we measure what we can: calls, quote requests and tracked sales.

How do you reach communities across the metro?

By learning who your customers are and writing for them. Atlanta is home to a large and influential Black business community, several historically Black colleges and universities and strong international communities, including along the Buford Highway corridor, where Hispanic, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese and many other communities run restaurants, shops and services.

A good campaign is specific. It uses the right language, shows real people and places and meets customers where they are, with landing pages that look and sound like the business they will meet. In other languages, we write keywords, ads and pages from scratch with a native speaker's review, instead of translating English.

We never target audiences in ways that break Google's policies or the law, and we avoid stereotypes. We measure each campaign separately, because costs and results differ by community and language, and we share what we learn so that your own sense of your customers sharpens the work.

How do home service businesses advertise in Atlanta?

With emergency and planned-work campaigns, built around speed and trust. The metro has millions of homes, many in older neighborhoods with aging plumbing and heating and many in new subdivisions, and heavy summer storms and occasional winter ice bring bursts of demand for roofers, tree services, plumbers, electricians and heating and cooling firms.

Traffic shapes response time, so a service area that looks sensible on a map may not be. We set locations from the places your crews can reach quickly and use ad schedules that match when phones are answered. Emergency campaigns are written in advance, ready to switch on when a storm or a cold snap arrives.

Local Services Ads appear above ordinary results for many trades, with a Google guarantee or verified badge and a charge per lead. We help with approval, complete the profile and run it beside Search campaigns. Our guide to Local Services Ads and Google Ads explains when each works best.

How do conventions and events affect campaigns?

They create sharp, predictable peaks. Atlanta hosts large conventions, sporting events and festivals throughout the year, and visitors search for restaurants, transport, entertainment and services near the venues in the days around each one.

For businesses that can serve visitors, we build short campaigns timed to the event dates, with ads that mention the event and a landing page showing how to reach you from the venue or the nearest hotel. For exhibitors and suppliers, we target the searches attendees and buyers make before and after a show.

These campaigns are most effective when they are small, specific and switched off promptly. We agree start and end dates in advance, cap the budget and report afterward on what the event produced, so that you can judge whether to repeat the effort next year.

What Georgia rules affect Google Ads?

A few that matter to advertisers. Georgia taxes some digital goods and services, which can affect how prices are shown in ads and on landing pages. Certain licensed trades must display or provide license details, and professions such as law and medicine follow advertising rules set by their own boards.

Google also restricts health, financial, housing and other sensitive categories, with limits on targeting and requirements for verification or disclosures. Consumer privacy laws and text message consent rules affect any campaign that leads to calls or texts, so consent and recording notices need care.

We build campaigns inside Google's policies and ask your professional to approve claims where needed. We are a marketing team, not lawyers or tax advisers, and nothing here is legal or tax advice. We recommend that you confirm questions with a qualified Georgia professional.

What should you expect in the first 90 days?

The first month is an audit and a build. We review the account, repair tracking and agree on the counties and cities to start with, based on drive times and your customer records. A first set of campaigns goes live at a modest budget, so that mistakes stay cheap.

The second month is learning. The location report shows which areas produce calls, and we cut waste and begin testing ads and pages. B2B advertisers also see which enquiries become quotes.

By the third month there is enough data to judge the channel. We report on cost per lead, say whether to grow, hold or stop and agree on a plan for storm season and the big event weekends.

How do you measure results and work with a remote team?

We follow each enquiry to its outcome. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and call tracking are set up first, and where possible closed sales are uploaded back to Google Ads so that bidding favors the searches that bring customers. In a metro where drive time shapes demand, we also report which areas produce real calls.

You own the account, the Analytics property and the billing card, and our manager access can be removed at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no Atlanta office, and we learn your market from you, from the data and from research.

Calls take place between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time, with a written report each month. If your site holds results back, see our web design for Atlanta. Pricing & engagement

We charge a monthly management fee in US dollars, separate from your ad budget, which you pay to Google on your own card. The fee reflects the number of campaigns, the areas covered, how often ads and pages need refreshing and the reporting needed. Setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal sets out both, with the budget we believe gives meaningful data in Atlanta. If it is too small for your category, we say so before you spend it.

Working with a remote team

Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
