Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Los Angeles, California. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, connect them to call and form tracking, and report on what each lead cost and what it was worth. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 8 am and 9 am or 5 pm and 7 pm Pacific Time and bill in US dollars.
Los Angeles is not one market. It is a region of dozens of separate cities and neighborhoods, from Santa Monica and Pasadena to Burbank, Long Beach and the San Fernando Valley, stretched across miles of freeway where a drive of ten miles can take an hour. A customer in the Valley rarely wants a provider in South Bay, and an advertiser who buys clicks across the whole county pays for people who will never come.
This page sets out how we plan Google Ads for that kind of market, where the money is usually wasted and what you can fairly expect. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or a cost per lead.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

Because the geography works against broad campaigns. Los Angeles County has about ten million residents spread over a very large area, and traffic makes travel time more important than distance. People search for something near me and mean a place they can reach in twenty minutes, not one that is merely in the same county.
That changes how a budget should be spent. A dentist in Glendale, a plumber in Torrance and a wedding venue in Malibu each serve a different slice of the region. Buying the whole county sends clicks to people who will not make the trip, and the cost per customer climbs even if the cost per click looks reasonable.
Competition is also heavy in certain categories. Personal injury and immigration law, cosmetic and medical aesthetics, dental care, solar and roofing, moving and home renovation all attract advertisers willing to pay a great deal for a lead. We look hard at whether a category is worth chasing at your budget and say so plainly.
We start from your best customers and work outward. If your records show that most customers come from a handful of ZIP codes, we build campaigns around those and test nearby areas cautiously. We use ZIP codes, city names and radius targeting, and exclude places you cannot or do not want to serve.
Google also lets us choose between people who are physically in an area and people who merely show interest in it. For a service business we usually want the first. For a hotel, wedding venue, film location or attraction, the second matters, since visitors from another state plan trips from home.
We review the location report every month. It shows which cities produced calls and which produced only clicks, and the budget moves accordingly. Businesses with several locations get a campaign for each, with its own budget, ad copy and landing page, so that the Pasadena office is not advertised to people in Long Beach.
By writing for each language properly instead of translating one set of ads. Spanish is spoken at home by a large share of Los Angeles residents, and there are also large communities speaking Korean, Armenian, Tagalog, Chinese, Persian and many other languages. People often search in the language they use at home for medical, legal and financial help.
A good Spanish campaign has its own keywords, its own ad copy and a landing page in Spanish with a Spanish-speaking contact. Direct translation misses the words people really type and can sound stiff or even wrong. Where we cannot judge quality ourselves, we work with a native speaker you trust, or ask you to review the copy before it runs.
Language settings in Google Ads depend on the searcher's browser language, so we also check that ads reach the right people and that a Spanish page is not shown to someone who does not read it. We measure each language separately, because costs and conversion rates often differ.
It groups keywords by what the searcher wants and sends each group to a page built for that need. Someone searching for emergency AC repair wants a phone number and an arrival time. Someone searching for kitchen remodel contractor wants photographs, a license number and a way to ask for a quote.
We write responsive search ads with many distinct headlines and descriptions, so that Google can test combinations, and add call assets, location assets, price assets and sitelinks where they apply. Ad schedules reflect when your phones are answered, because a click at midnight that reaches voicemail is usually wasted.
Negative keywords are built from the start and extended every week from the search terms report. In a market this large, a phrase such as free, jobs, training or DIY can account for a surprising share of spend if nobody blocks it. We keep a written log of every change so that results can be traced to causes.
In most cases they should at least try. Local Services Ads sit above ordinary results for many home and professional services, carry a Google guarantee or verified badge and charge per lead. They suit plumbers, electricians, HVAC firms, locksmiths, garage door repairers, cleaners, movers and several other trades.
California licensing matters. Contractors must hold the right license from the state board, and Google checks it, along with insurance and background checks, before approving a profile. We help collect the paperwork, complete the profile with photographs and service areas, set budgets by job type and dispute leads that are clearly outside the service or area.
We run Local Services Ads alongside standard Search campaigns, since the two reach different moments. Our comparison of Local Services Ads and Google Ads sets out which suits which kind of business.
With campaigns built for how those buyers search. Production companies, equipment rental houses, studios, editing and post-production firms, location owners and talent services sell to a smaller audience than a plumber does, and the searcher is often a professional who knows exactly what they want.
For those businesses, a small, precise keyword list usually beats a large one. We target the specific equipment, service or location type, write ads that speak in industry terms and send clicks to pages with specifications, availability and a simple way to request a quote. LinkedIn and YouTube may do more than Search for some of these businesses, and we say so when that is the case.
Shopping and rental catalogs benefit from clean product feeds. Event and venue businesses benefit from seasonal budgets that rise ahead of awards season, festivals and conferences. We do not promise bookings, and we measure what we can: calls, quote requests and, where tracked, closed jobs.
Privacy law is the main one. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives residents rights over their personal information, including the right to opt out of its sale or sharing, which can cover some advertising uses. If you use remarketing, customer lists or tracking tags, your privacy policy and consent settings need to reflect that.
We set up tracking with consent controls and use features such as enhanced conversions in ways that respect those rules, and we avoid uploading customer data you do not have the right to use. Specific professions, such as lawyers, doctors and financial advisers, also face advertising rules from their own regulators, and Google has policies for health, financial and other restricted categories.
We are a marketing team, not lawyers, and this is not legal advice. Your business is responsible for its own compliance, and we recommend confirming privacy and advertising questions with a California attorney. We build campaigns carefully inside the rules and flag anything that needs your approval first.
In the first month, we audit the account, fix tracking and agree on the areas and languages to start with. Campaigns are built and launched small, so that mistakes are cheap and the first data arrives quickly.
In the second month, we study which cities and search terms produce calls, cut what wastes money and begin testing ads and landing pages. In a region this large, the location report usually changes the plan more than anything else.
By the third month there is enough data to judge whether the channel can work at your budget. We then say plainly whether to grow, hold or stop, and what the Los Angeles numbers suggest about cost per customer.
We judge results by what reaches the business: qualified calls, booked appointments, quote requests and the revenue behind them. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and call tracking are set up first, and closed deals are imported where we can, so that bidding learns from sales instead of clicks.
You own the Google Ads account, the Analytics property and the billing card, and we work through manager access you can remove at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no office in Los Angeles. We learn the market from you, the data and our research, and we hold calls in the Pacific Time windows above.

Google Ads management is billed monthly in US dollars, apart from your ad budget, which goes directly to Google on your card. The fee follows the number of campaigns, the cities and languages covered, how often creative and pages need refreshing and the reporting required. Account setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal after the first call sets out both, along with the budget we think the Los Angeles market needs for useful data. If that budget does not fit your category, we tell you first.
