Enterprise and startup software
Search ads tied to trials, demos and pipeline, not just clicks.
Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for Seattle software companies, outdoor and food brands, trade businesses and neighborhood and home service firms.
Seattle, WA, United States, served remotely from Pune, India
Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Seattle, Washington. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, track sign-ups, calls and sales and report on cost per customer instead of cost per click. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 5 pm and 7 pm Pacific Time and bill in US dollars.
Seattle's advertisers are a distinctive group. Enterprise and cloud software companies and startups founded by veterans of the big technology firms sell to buyers nationwide. Games studios cluster on the Eastside. Outdoor gear, coffee and specialty food brands sell online from a local base, while a busy port supports maritime, seafood and trade businesses and a large global health and nonprofit sector raises money and recruits supporters.
Each needs a different kind of paid search. This page sets out how we approach them and what you can fairly expect. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or a cost per customer.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

It works when the campaign follows how enterprise and developer buyers research, and the measurement follows revenue. A buyer rarely types the name of a product they have never heard of. They search for the problem, then for the category, then for specific vendors and comparisons, and often involve several colleagues before a deal is signed.
We build campaigns on high-intent searches, such as the category name, the integration a team needs and the alternatives to a competitor, and keep broad, curious searches in a smaller separate budget. Each group goes to a page that answers the same question, with one clear next step, whether a trial, a demo or a technical overview.
Because cycles are long, we connect Google Ads to your CRM and report on qualified opportunities and pipeline, not only form fills. We are honest about how many weeks or months a test needs before the data is worth acting on, and about when paid search is a poor fit for a product.
In ways that respect how their audiences behave. Seattle and its Eastside neighbors are home to many games studios and developer-focused companies. Players and developers are skeptical of obvious advertising, and they find products through reviews, communities and search for specific needs.
For developer tools, we target the technical searches people make when they are stuck or comparing options, such as a specific error, integration or language, and send clicks to documentation-rich pages and quick-start guides. For games, we run campaigns for launches, updates and events, usually with YouTube and app campaigns alongside Search.
Measurement is more complicated for apps and free-to-try products, with downloads, activations and retention to follow. We set up the tracking tools your team already uses and agree on a measure, such as cost per activated user, before spending begins.
Through Shopping and Performance Max, with a clean product feed and honest targets. The Pacific Northwest has a strong cluster of outdoor gear, apparel, coffee, tea, seafood and specialty food brands that sell nationally online, and for them the shopping results are a main route to customers.
We fix Merchant Center errors, improve titles, images and descriptions, group products by margin and set a target return on ad spend that reflects real costs, including shipping and returns. We check how much of the result comes from searches for your own brand name and keep standard campaigns running beside Performance Max, so that you can see what drives sales.
Seasonal planning matters. Outdoor gear peaks before the hiking and skiing seasons, and coffee and food gifting peaks before the holidays. We plan budgets ahead of each peak and separate new customers from existing ones where the data allows, since their value differs.
By following how people actually live and travel. Seattle is a city of neighborhoods, from Ballard, Fremont and Capitol Hill to West Seattle, Columbia City and the University District, divided by water, hills and bridges that make some trips much longer than the map suggests. The Eastside cities, Tacoma, Everett and the suburbs have their own customers.
We use ZIP codes, city names and radius targeting, and set ad schedules to match when your phones are answered. Restaurants, shops and clinics usually draw from nearby streets and visitors. Professional firms and contractors often serve a wider region and need campaigns for each area, with a page that says something true about the work there.
We review the location report each month to see which areas produce calls and shift budget accordingly. Businesses with several locations get a campaign for each, with its own budget and tracking, so that each branch reaches its nearest customers.
By planning for the weather, which drives demand for particular services. Long, rainy months bring roof leaks, moss, clogged gutters, drainage and crawl space moisture, mold and water damage. Windstorms bring down trees and power, and the occasional snowfall or cold snap brings burst pipes and heating failures.
We prepare campaigns in advance for these peaks and keep emergency ad copy ready, with budgets and bidding set so that ads do not stall on the busiest day. We check that landing pages load fast on a phone, because many of these searches are made in a hurry, and we agree when to turn campaigns down so that your crews are not overbooked.
Local Services Ads suit many trades, with a Google guarantee or verified badge and a per-lead charge. Washington requires contractors to register with the state, and Google checks licenses and insurance before approving a profile. We help collect the paperwork and run Local Services Ads beside Search. Our comparison of Local Services Ads and Google Ads explains when each fits.
Yes, as a way to reach buyers who search for specific products and services. The Port of Seattle and the wider Puget Sound support shipping, seafood processing, cold storage, customs brokerage, freight and marine services, and buyers range from local restaurants to importers in other countries.
Those buyers search with specific terms, such as a product grade, a service or a regulatory need. We build narrow campaigns on those terms, write ads that mention the certifications and capacity buyers look for and send clicks to pages built for a trade buyer, with an easy way to request a quote or a price list.
For businesses that sell abroad, we use location and language settings to reach buyers in particular countries, and we note that export rules, labeling and food safety requirements differ by destination. We are a marketing team and not trade advisers, and we recommend that you confirm rules with a qualified specialist.
Several. Washington's My Health My Data Act places strict limits on collecting and using consumer health data, which can affect advertising and tracking for health, wellness and related businesses. The state also has rules on commercial email and text messages, and sales tax can apply to some services that other states leave alone.
Contractors must be registered with the state, and professions such as lawyers and doctors follow advertising rules set by their own boards. Google restricts health, financial and certain other categories, and may require verification or disclosures.
We build campaigns inside Google's policies, avoid tracking sensitive health information and ask your professional to approve claims where needed. We are a marketing team, not lawyers or tax advisers, and nothing here is legal or tax advice. We recommend that you confirm privacy, advertising and tax questions with a qualified Washington professional.
The first month is an audit and a build. We review the account, repair tracking and connect sign-ups, calls or sales to Google Ads. A first set of campaigns goes live on the highest-intent searches at a modest budget, so that mistakes stay cheap.
The second month is learning. Search terms and early results show which offers attract real customers, and we cut the rest. We test headlines and pages one change at a time and, for software buyers, follow leads into your CRM.
By the third month there is enough data to judge whether the channel can work at your budget. We say plainly whether to grow, hold or stop, and plan ahead for the rainy-season and holiday peaks.
We follow each enquiry to its outcome. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and call tracking are set up first, with consent controls that respect state privacy law, and closed deals are uploaded to Google Ads where possible so that bidding learns from revenue. Sign-ups, calls and sales are the numbers that count.
You own the account, the Analytics property and the billing card, and our manager access can be removed at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no Seattle office, and we learn your market from you, from the data and from research.

Google Ads management is a monthly fee in US dollars, separate from the advertising budget that you pay to Google on your own card. The fee reflects the number of campaigns, how often ads and pages need refreshing and the reporting you need. Account setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal sets out both, with the budget we think Seattle's prices call for. If it is too small for the cost per click in your category, we tell you before you spend it.
