Brand protection campaigns
Ads on your own hotel name, so guests already looking for you reach your site instead of a portal.
Google and Meta advertising for hotels, resorts and tour operators, planned around your calendar and measured in bookings, calls and enquiries.
Quavento Technologies runs advertising for hotels, resorts, homestays and travel companies. We plan and manage Google Search campaigns, Google hotel ads, and Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and we track them to the outcomes a property cares about: bookings, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and event leads. We work from Pune with hospitality businesses across India and remotely with properties in the United States.
A hotel sells something that expires. A room empty tonight cannot be sold tomorrow, and demand swings wildly between a wet Tuesday in the monsoon and a long weekend in December. Advertising for a hotel is therefore about timing: spending where there are rooms to fill and people looking, and holding back when the property is already full.
Much hotel advertising ignores this. A fixed monthly budget boosts posts all year, nobody knows which ad produced a booking, and travel portals quietly advertise on the hotel's own name. This page explains how we plan campaigns, which formats suit which goals and how the results are measured.

When there are rooms to sell and people searching for them. That sounds obvious, but it rules out the common habit of spending the same amount every month. A hill resort needs most of its budget in the weeks before summer holidays, long weekends and the monsoon season, when city dwellers plan short breaks. A business hotel needs steady weekday demand and little at weekends. A temple town property follows the festival calendar.
We build a simple demand calendar with you: the high, shoulder and low periods, the dates that sell out without help and the gaps that need filling. Budgets rise before the periods you want to fill and pause when occupancy is already high.
Booking windows matter too. Leisure guests in India often book a weekend trip within a week or two of travel, while wedding and conference enquiries arrive months ahead. Each needs its own timing.
Because others already do. Online travel agencies routinely bid on hotel names, so a guest who types your property's name may see a portal's advertisement above your own website. That guest had already chosen you. If they click the ad and book through the portal, you pay commission on a booking you had effectively won.
A campaign on your own name is usually the cheapest advertising a hotel can run. The clicks cost little because your website is the most relevant result for the search, and the visitors convert well because they were looking for you. The ad can state the benefit of booking direct, such as the best rate, free breakfast or flexible check-in, where your portal contracts permit.
We check what appears for your name in your main feeder cities before recommending this. If no one is advertising against you and your site already leads the results, the campaign may not be needed.
Specific ones. A search for hotels in a large city is dominated by portals with budgets no single property can match. A search for a hotel near a particular temple, hospital, exhibition centre or wedding venue is narrower, cheaper and far more likely to come from a guest you can serve.
Occasion searches are valuable as well: banquet hall for an engagement, resort for a corporate offsite, hotel with a hall for fifty people. These enquiries are worth much more than a single room night, and they justify a dedicated landing page with capacity, layouts and a short enquiry form.
We exclude what you cannot serve. Negative keywords stop your ads from showing for jobs, free stays, competitors' names you do not want and locations too far away. Every click that could never become a guest is budget recovered.
When a traveller views a hotel in Google's hotel results or on Maps, Google lists booking options with prices. Hotel ads place your official site and direct rate in that list. You typically pay either per click or a commission on completed stays, depending on the bidding model chosen.
They require a live feed of rates and availability, which in practice means a booking engine or a connectivity partner that integrates with Google. Google also offers free booking links in the same area, and a hotel should use those before paying for placement.
For properties with a booking engine, these ads are often efficient, because the guest is already looking at your hotel and comparing where to book. For a small property that takes bookings by phone and WhatsApp, search and social campaigns are the practical route. We tell you which applies after looking at your systems.
They create demand instead of capturing it. Nobody searches for a resort they have never heard of, but a well-made video of a pool at sunset, shown to people in a city three hours away on a Wednesday evening, puts the idea of a weekend trip in their minds.
Targeting follows your real guests. We define feeder cities, age groups and interests from your booking records, and build audiences of people who resemble past guests. Offers are specific: a monsoon package, a festival stay, a midweek rate. The ad leads to a page about that offer with a WhatsApp button and an enquiry form.
Weddings and events deserve their own campaigns, aimed at people who are recently engaged or planning a function, with photographs of the venue set up for an actual event. One event booking can repay a season of advertising.
It follows up with people who showed interest and left. Most visitors to a hotel website do not book on the first visit. They compare, discuss with family and return later, often to a portal. Remarketing shows them a reminder on Instagram, Facebook or other websites in the days that follow.
The message can match what they looked at. Someone who viewed the family suite sees the family suite. Someone who visited the wedding page sees the banquet hall. A modest incentive to book direct can tip the decision.
Privacy rules shape how this is done. Visitors should be told about advertising cookies and given a choice, and in several American states they have a right to opt out of this kind of tracking. We set up consent properly and build audiences only from people who have agreed.
By enquiries and bookings, not by reach. For a property with a booking engine, we track completed bookings and their value back to the campaign and keyword. For a property that sells by phone and WhatsApp, which describes many independent hotels in India, we track calls from the ads and website, WhatsApp clicks and enquiry forms, and ask the front desk to note how each booking guest heard of the hotel.
Each month you see what was spent, how many enquiries each campaign produced and what each one cost. Where booking values are known, we report the return on spend.
We also report what did not work. If a campaign brought clicks and no enquiries, it is paused or changed, and you are told why. Our conversion rate optimisation team looks at the landing page when the ads are doing their job and the page is not.
Prices in advertisements must be honest. In India, state whether taxes are included and avoid starting from prices that are almost never available. In the United States, a Federal Trade Commission rule in force since May 2025 requires advertised short-term lodging prices to include mandatory fees, so a rate shown in an ad cannot leave out a compulsory resort fee.
Claims should be accurate too. Star ratings, awards and distances to attractions should be true and current. Photographs should show your property as it is. Advertising platforms also have their own policies, and Google in particular requires hotel prices in ads to match what the guest finds on the landing page.
We write and check ads against these points and ask you to confirm any rate or claim before it runs.
A website that converts. Paying for visitors to a slow site with no clear way to book or enquire wastes the budget. Room pages, a visible booking or WhatsApp button and a working enquiry form come first. Our hotel website development page explains what that involves.
A complete Google Business Profile and a healthy set of reviews matter as much, because many guests who see an ad check the reviews before they call. Our SEO for hotels and reputation management for hotels pages cover those.
Finally, someone must answer. An enquiry answered in ten minutes is far more likely to book than one answered the next day. We will tell you if leads are arriving and going cold. The wider picture is on our hotels and travel page.
We work with hotels & travel businesses in India from our office in Pune, and with businesses in the United States remotely, with calls in US business hours. The work is the same. The terms, platforms and rules differ, and we plan for both.

Advertising management is a monthly fee, separate from the advertising budget, which you pay directly to Google or Meta on your own card. We quote in rupees for Indian properties and in US dollars for properties in the United States. The fee depends on the number of campaigns and platforms, how often creatives change and the reporting required. Setup is a one-time fee. We set out both in the proposal, along with the budget we think is needed to learn anything useful in your market, and we say so plainly if the budget you have in mind is too small for the season you want to fill.
It depends on your room count, rates, seasons and feeder markets, so we do not quote a figure without looking. We suggest starting with brand protection and one or two focused campaigns, then scaling what produces enquiries.
Usually, if travel portals are advertising on it. Those clicks are inexpensive and come from guests who already chose you. We check what appears for your name before recommending it.
Not for search and social campaigns, which can drive calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiry forms. Google hotel ads, which show your rate in hotel results, do need live rates from a booking engine or partner.
Search campaigns can produce calls and enquiries within days of launch. Social campaigns for offers and events usually take a few weeks to tune. Results depend heavily on season.
You do. Campaigns run in accounts registered to your business and billed to your card. We work through access you can remove at any time, and you keep all the history.
Yes. Event campaigns run separately, with their own landing page, photographs of real setups and an enquiry form asking for date and guest count.
Yes, remotely from Pune with calls in US business hours. We do not have a US office. We follow US rules on showing prices with mandatory fees included.
