Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Chicago, Illinois. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, track leads from the click through to the closed deal and report on cost per qualified lead. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 8 am and 11 am Central Time and bill in US dollars.
Chicago has an unusually mixed economy for paid search. The city is a center for finance, freight and logistics, manufacturing, food production, healthcare and professional services, so many advertisers sell to other businesses with long, careful buying cycles. Alongside them sit thousands of neighborhood businesses, from dentists in Lincoln Park to plumbers in the suburbs, whose customers decide in an afternoon.
Those two kinds of advertiser need very different campaigns. This page explains both, and what you can reasonably expect. We do not promise rankings or a particular cost per lead.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

Differently from a consumer campaign, because the buyer is a person inside a company, the sale takes weeks or months and several people have a say. A freight broker, an industrial supplier or a software vendor is not selling to someone who clicks and buys the same day.
We aim campaigns at the searches that show real intent, such as the specific product, service or problem a buyer types when they are comparing suppliers. The ads promise something concrete, such as a quote, a specification sheet or a consultation. The landing page asks for just enough information to qualify the lead, and no more.
Measurement matters even more here. A form fill is only the start, so we connect Google Ads to your CRM and mark which leads became opportunities and customers. Then the bidding can learn from deals instead of from cheap, low-quality enquiries that cost little and close never.
A wide range, because the local economy is wide. Manufacturers and industrial suppliers, freight and logistics companies, food producers and distributors, financial and insurance services, healthcare providers, law and accounting firms, real estate, education and a large hospitality sector all advertise on Google in this market.
Each has its own habits. Industrial buyers search with part numbers and technical terms, so we build keyword lists from product catalogs and sales calls. Healthcare patients search by symptom and specialty. Law firms compete for expensive practice areas such as injury and employment. Restaurants and event venues depend on timing and location.
We start every engagement by learning how your own customers search and decide, from your sales team, your past enquiries and the search terms already in your account, instead of assuming. A campaign built from that research usually needs fewer corrections later.
By matching locations to where your customers live or work. Chicago has seventy-seven community areas, and the metro region reaches across Cook and the collar counties of DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane and McHenry, plus parts of northwest Indiana. A roofer in Naperville and a caterer in the Loop serve very different areas.
We use ZIP codes, radius targeting and city names, and set whether to reach people physically in an area or those showing interest. Downtown businesses may draw commuters from the suburbs who are in the Loop on weekdays, and a campaign can account for that with schedule and location settings.
Weekday and weekend patterns often differ. An office-area restaurant may want its ads during the working week, and a family attraction on weekend mornings. We use ad schedules and device settings to reflect when your customers act, and check the reports to confirm.
Strongly. Winter brings frozen pipes, furnace failures, ice and snow removal, and searches for these services spike when a cold snap arrives and fall away just as fast. Summer brings festivals, outdoor dining, weddings and construction, and the spring thaw brings roofing, paving and landscaping enquiries.
For home service businesses that means budgets should flex with the weather. We set up campaigns that can scale quickly when demand jumps, with bid strategies and daily budgets that will not stall on the busiest days, and we prepare emergency ad copy in advance so that nothing needs to be written in a hurry.
For hotels, venues and tourism, we plan ahead for the big events and for the summer visitor season, since people book weeks in advance. Our approach is to look at last year's data and the calendar together, and to agree budget changes before demand arrives, not after.
They create short bursts of demand that smart advertisers plan for. Chicago hosts large conventions and trade shows throughout the year, and thousands of visitors search for restaurants, transport, meeting space, catering and entertainment near the venue in the days around an event.
For businesses that can serve those visitors, we build short campaigns timed to the show dates, with ads that mention the event and a landing page showing how to reach you from the convention center or hotel. For exhibitors and suppliers, we target the searches attendees and buyers make before and after the show.
These campaigns are most useful when they are small, specific and switched off promptly. We agree start and end dates in advance, limit the budget and report afterward on what the event produced, so that you can decide whether to repeat it next year.
Often both, for different jobs. Performance Max can reach people across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Gmail, and suits retailers and e-commerce stores with good product feeds and a clear sales goal. We run it with firm limits, check how much of the result is brand search that would have happened anyway and keep standard campaigns alongside it.
Local Services Ads suit the trades and many professional services, with a Google guarantee or verified badge and a per-lead charge. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC firms, locksmiths, movers and cleaners are typical. Approval needs licenses, insurance and background checks, and we help with the paperwork and the profile.
We choose between them by what you sell. A manufacturer selling through distributors needs Search and perhaps LinkedIn. A Chicago plumber needs Local Services Ads and emergency Search campaigns. Our guide to Google Ads lead generation walks through the setup we use.
With a tracking setup built at the start. We install Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, set Google Ads conversions for forms, calls and bookings, and use call tracking numbers that record the source and the length of each call, so that a thirty-second wrong number does not count as a lead.
For sales that close later, we capture the Google click identifier with each enquiry and store it in your CRM. When the deal is won, the result is uploaded back to Google Ads, which lets bidding favor the searches that produce customers. This is the single most effective improvement for many B2B accounts.
Chicago and Illinois have strict rules on some kinds of personal data, including biometric information, and privacy law in general applies to tracking. We use consent settings and avoid collecting anything you do not need. This is not legal advice, and we recommend that your attorney review your privacy policy.
The first month is an audit and a build. We review the account, repair tracking, connect your CRM and launch a small set of campaigns on the searches closest to a purchase. For B2B accounts, we also agree what counts as a qualified lead, so that everyone measures the same thing.
The second month is learning. Search terms and early leads show which phrases attract real buyers, and we cut the rest. Because Chicago sales cycles can run for weeks, we look at lead quality before closed deals arrive.
By the third month, early deals start to feed back into Google Ads. We then report honestly on cost per qualified lead and on whether the account is ready for a larger budget.
Plainly and on a schedule. We are based in Pune, India, with no Chicago office, so our calls fall between 8 am and 11 am Central Time, the evening in Pune, and updates in between go by email. Each month you get a written report with spend, qualified leads, cost per lead and what we plan to change.
The Google Ads account, the Analytics property and the billing card are in your name, and we work through manager access that you can remove whenever you like. We learn your market from you, from your data and from research, and we do not claim local knowledge we lack.

We charge a monthly management fee in US dollars, separate from your advertising budget, which you pay to Google on your own card. The fee reflects the number of campaigns, the locations covered, how often ads and pages need refreshing and the reporting needed, which for B2B accounts includes CRM links. Setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal sets out both, with the budget we believe gives meaningful data in Chicago. If it is too small for your category's prices, we say so before you spend.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
