Miami, FL, United States, served remotely from Pune, India
Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Miami, Florida. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, in English and Spanish, with call and form tracking that shows which clicks became customers. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time and bill in US dollars.
Miami is bilingual by default. A majority of residents speak Spanish at home, many also speak Haitian Creole or Portuguese, and the city serves as the commercial gateway to Latin America, with international buyers searching from Bogota, Sao Paulo and Mexico City as well as from Coral Gables. An advertiser who treats Miami as an English-only market is ignoring most of the room.
This page explains how we plan Google Ads for that market and what you can fairly expect. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or a particular cost per lead.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

As two separate campaigns, each with its own keywords, ads and landing pages. People who search in Spanish do not type the same phrases as people who search in English, and the words they choose can differ by country of origin. Cuban, Colombian, Venezuelan, Nicaraguan and Argentine speakers each have their own expressions.
We write Spanish ads for Miami readers, not for a generic Spanish audience, and send them to a page in Spanish with a Spanish-speaking contact. Direct translation often reads stiffly and misses the terms people use. We ask a native speaker you trust to review the copy, or approve it with you before it goes live.
Each language is measured on its own, since costs and conversion rates differ. In many categories, Spanish-language competition is thinner than English, and a well-made campaign can reach customers at a good price. In others, bilingual searchers switch between the two, and we test which works.
With location and language settings that match how they search. Miami draws buyers of property, boats, vehicles, medical care, education and professional services from across Latin America and the Caribbean, and many of them research from home for weeks before they travel or call.
We build campaigns for specific countries when the data supports it, with ads in Spanish or Portuguese, prices in the currency they think in where it helps and landing pages that explain how a foreign buyer can proceed. Time zones are close, but call hours and messaging apps matter, and we set up WhatsApp and phone options that these buyers expect.
We also treat privacy and payment rules with care. Rules for foreign buyers of property, for moving money and for advertising in other countries vary, and we are a marketing team, not legal advisers. We recommend that you confirm what is allowed with your attorney and, where it applies, your licensing body.
With care for both the market and the rules. South Florida has a large, active property market covering condominiums, waterfront homes, rentals and commercial space, with buyers from many countries. Banking, insurance and money services serve the same international customer base.
Real estate, lending and financial services advertising is policed closely. Fair housing law limits how audiences can be targeted, Google restricts targeting options for housing, credit and employment ads and financial services need disclosures and sometimes advertiser verification. We build campaigns within those limits and ask your compliance contact to approve claims.
Measurement should follow the lead to a showing or an application. We track calls and forms, connect to your CRM and report on cost per qualified lead. Property searches are seasonal, with winter bringing snowbirds and visitors, and we plan budgets around that pattern.
By planning around when visitors decide. Miami and Miami Beach receive large numbers of tourists, cruise passengers and event visitors, and many book weeks or months ahead from other states or countries. Winter is the high season, with major events and art fairs drawing crowds.
For hotels, restaurants, nightlife venues, tour operators, boat charters and attractions, we use Search ads on name and category searches, hotel and local inventory feeds where they apply and seasonal budgets that rise before the peak. Location settings reach people planning from outside Florida, not just those already in town.
Accuracy matters. Hours, prices, closures and event dates change often. An ad that sends someone to a venue that is shut wastes a click and earns a bad review. We agree a simple routine for updating ad copy and pause campaigns when you tell us a venue is closed.
It adds a period each year when plans can change at short notice. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June through November, and a storm can close businesses, cancel bookings and send demand for some services soaring while it collapses for others.
For tourism and hospitality, we keep a plan to pause or alter campaigns when a storm approaches, and a message ready for when you reopen. For roofers, shutter installers, tree services, generator sellers, water damage restoration firms and insurance-related services, demand spikes before and after a storm, and we prepare emergency campaigns in advance.
After a storm, unlicensed contractors move in and Google watches advertising in the category closely. We make license, insurance and reviews visible in ads and pages and avoid pressure language. We never run ads that suggest an official or government connection.
By choosing places the way customers do. The Miami area includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and a business in Doral, Kendall, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton draws from its own part of the region. Traffic and bridges make travel time more important than distance.
We use ZIP codes, city names and radius targeting, and set ad schedules to match when your phones are answered. Service businesses build a campaign for each area they serve, with a landing page that says something true about the work there. Multi-location businesses get separate campaigns and call tracking for each branch.
We review the location report monthly to see which areas produce calls and which produce only clicks, and move budget to match. Visitors and part-year residents add another layer, which we handle with the choice between reaching people in an area and those interested in it.
Several, depending on the business. Florida requires contractors to be licensed for many trades, and the state expects the license number to appear in advertising. Telemarketing and text message laws in Florida are strict about consent, which affects any campaign that leads to calls or texts.
Accessibility lawsuits over websites are common in Florida, so landing pages should work well with screen readers and keyboards. Professions such as lawyers, doctors and financial advisers must follow their own advertising rules, and Google restricts health, financial and certain other categories.
We build campaigns carefully inside Google's policies and ask your professional to approve claims. We are a marketing team, not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice. We recommend that you confirm licensing, consent and accessibility requirements with a qualified Florida attorney.
The first month is an audit and a build. We review the account, repair tracking and agree on the languages, areas and buyer countries to start with. English and Spanish campaigns launch side by side at a modest budget, so that we can compare them fairly.
The second month is learning. We read the search terms in both languages, remove waste and test ads and pages. For international buyers, we look at which countries produce real enquiries and which produce only clicks.
By the third month there is enough data to judge each language and market. We report on cost per lead for each, say whether to grow, hold or stop and plan around the high season and hurricane months.
We follow each enquiry to its result, in both languages. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and call tracking are set up first, with WhatsApp and phone tracking for buyers who prefer messaging, and closed deals are uploaded where possible. Calls, bookings and sales are the numbers that count, and each language is reported on its own.
You own the account, the Analytics property and the billing card, and our manager access can be removed at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no Miami office, and we learn your market from you, from the data and from research.
Calls take place between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time, with a written report each month. If your site holds results back, see our web design for Miami. Google Ads management is a monthly fee in US dollars, separate from the advertising budget that you pay to Google on your own card. The fee reflects the number of campaigns and languages, the areas covered, how often ads and pages need refreshing and the reporting you need. Account setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal sets out both, with the budget we think Miami's prices call for. If it is too small for your category, we tell you before you spend it.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
