Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Houston, Texas. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, set up call and form tracking, and report on cost per qualified lead and revenue. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 8 am and 11 am Central Time and bill in US dollars.
Houston has a distinctive mix of buyers. Energy companies, refiners, petrochemical plants, shipyards and contractors buy equipment and services in large amounts and check suppliers carefully. The Texas Medical Center draws patients from around the world. Millions of residents, in one of the most diverse large cities in the country, search every day for home repairs, food, health care and legal help, in several languages.
This page explains how we plan Google Ads for those very different markets, and what you can fairly expect. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or a particular cost per lead.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

Carefully, because the buyers are specialists and the sales are large. An engineer or purchasing manager searching for a valve, a safety service, a scaffolding contractor or an inspection firm uses precise terms, compares several suppliers and often needs proof of safety records and prequalification before they will talk.
We build campaigns on those precise terms, taken from your product catalog and your sales conversations, and write ads that mention the certification, approval or capability a buyer looks for. The landing page leads with those proofs and makes it easy to request a quote or send a specification.
Because a single account can be worth a great deal, we track leads through to quotes and orders and feed the results back into Google Ads. A small number of well-qualified enquiries matters far more here than a large number of cheap clicks, and bidding should be tuned to match.
They need campaigns built with extra care. Houston's medical center is one of the largest concentrations of hospitals and specialists in the world, and many patients search from other states and countries for second opinions and complex treatment. Local patients, meanwhile, search for primary care, urgent care and specialists near them.
Google has strict rules for health advertising, and medical regulators and privacy law add more. Ads must not make unproven claims, and sensitive health information must be handled correctly when tracking and remarketing. We build campaigns inside those limits, keep patient details out of analytics and have a clinician approve what is said.
For international patients, we use location and language settings, landing pages that explain the process, costs and travel arrangements and a simple way to make contact across time zones. We are a marketing team, not medical or legal advisers, and your practice is responsible for its own compliance.
By treating each language community as its own market. Houston is home to large Spanish-speaking communities and to substantial Vietnamese, Chinese, South Asian, Arabic, Nigerian and many other communities. Searchers often use their first language for legal, medical, financial and home services.
A good campaign in another language has its own keywords, ad copy and landing page, written or reviewed by a native speaker. Translating English ads word for word usually misses how people really search and can sound unnatural. We work with a reviewer you trust, or ask you to approve the copy before launch.
We measure each language separately, because costs and results differ. In some languages there are far fewer competing advertisers, and a well-made campaign can reach customers at a good price. In others the audience is small, and we say so.
By using real service areas instead of the city limits. Houston spreads across a huge area, held together by freeway loops, and businesses of every kind sit side by side. Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress and Baytown are separate cities with their own customers.
We start from where your customers live and work, using ZIP codes, radius targeting and drive-time reasoning. A plumber in Pasadena does not need clicks from The Woodlands. A downtown law firm may want clients from across the region. We set locations to match, then check the location report each month and shift budget toward the areas that produce calls.
Businesses with several locations get a campaign for each, with its own budget, ads and landing page, so that each branch is advertised to the people nearest to it. We also set ad schedules to match when phones are answered and crews can respond.
They change them completely, and for a few days or weeks demand for certain services can multiply. Roofers, water damage restoration firms, tree services, generators, plumbers, electricians and HVAC companies see searches surge after a storm or a hard freeze, and then fall away.
We prepare for that in advance. Emergency campaigns are written and ready to switch on, budgets and bidding are set so that ads do not stall on the busiest day and landing pages are checked for speed and phone-first design. Staff capacity is a real limit, so we agree in advance when to turn campaigns down as well as up.
After a disaster, scam contractors appear and Google polices ads for the category closely. We keep claims accurate, show licenses and insurance and avoid language that suggests an official relationship. Where your own safety or availability is affected, we pause ads immediately when you tell us.
If your trade qualifies, yes, it is worth testing. Local Services Ads appear at the top of many results for home and professional services, with a Google guarantee or verified badge and a per-lead charge. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC firms, locksmiths, pest control, cleaners, movers and some others are eligible.
Texas does not require a general contractor license, though some trades such as electrical, plumbing and air conditioning are licensed by the state. Google checks whatever licenses, insurance and background checks apply to your trade before approving a profile. We help gather documents, complete the profile with photographs and service areas and set budgets by job type.
We run Local Services Ads alongside Search campaigns, since the two reach different moments. Our guide to Local Services Ads and Google Ads explains the differences, and we use it to decide how to split your budget.
Several. Texas has its own data privacy law, which gives residents rights over their personal data and affects how tracking and customer lists may be used. Some professions, such as lawyers and doctors, face advertising rules from their own state boards, and Google restricts health, financial and certain other categories.
Sales tax in Texas reaches some services that other states leave alone, which can matter for how you describe pricing in ads and on landing pages. Contractors and licensed trades must display or use their license details correctly.
We build campaigns carefully inside Google's policies and ask your professional to approve claims where needed. We are a marketing team, not lawyers or tax advisers, and nothing here is legal or tax advice. We recommend that you confirm privacy, advertising and tax questions with a qualified Texas professional.
The first month is an audit and a build. We review the account, repair tracking and agree on the areas, languages and services to start with. A first set of campaigns goes live at a modest budget, with emergency campaigns written and held in reserve for storm or freeze season.
The second month is learning. We read the search terms, remove waste and test ads and pages. For industrial advertisers, we also track whether enquiries become quotes, since that takes longer than a click.
By the third month there is enough data to judge the channel. We report on cost per qualified lead, say whether to grow, hold or stop and agree on a plan for the busy periods ahead.
We follow each enquiry to what it became. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and call tracking go in first, and where possible closed jobs are uploaded so that bidding learns from revenue. Clicks only tell you where people came from. Qualified leads, booked work and orders tell you whether the money earned anything.
You own the Google Ads account, the Analytics property and the billing card, and our manager access can be removed at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no Houston office, and we learn your market from you, from the data and from research.
Calls are held between 8 am and 11 am Central Time, with a written report each month. If your site holds results back, see our web design for Houston. Google Ads management is a monthly fee in US dollars, separate from the advertising budget that you pay to Google on your own card. The fee reflects the number of campaigns, the areas and languages covered, how often ads and pages need refreshing and the reporting you need. Account setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal sets out both, with the budget we think Houston's prices call for. If your budget is too small for your category, we tell you before you spend it.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
