Houston, TX, United States, served remotely from Pune, India
Quavento Technologies designs and builds websites for businesses in Houston, Texas. We plan the structure, write or edit the content, design each page, develop the site and maintain it afterwards. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 8 am and 11 am Central Time and price projects in US dollars.
A typical Houston website visitor is either an engineer with a specification in hand or a resident reading in a language other than English. The first wants to confirm in two minutes that a supplier can do a particular job safely. The second wants to know that a clinic, a lawyer or a contractor will understand them.
Neither is served by a generic corporate site. This page explains how we design for the kinds of business that fill the Houston area.

The information a buyer uses to qualify a supplier. Operators, refiners and large contractors do not buy on impressions. Before a supplier is invited to bid, someone checks what it makes or does, to which standards, with what quality system and with what safety record.
Each product or service has its own page with specifications, sizes, ratings, materials and the industry standards it meets. Certifications are named exactly, with the certifying body and scope. Safety performance and programs are presented plainly, since customers commonly require suppliers to be registered with third-party safety prequalification services and will ask for the figures anyway. Facilities and equipment are listed with capacities.
Data sheets and catalogs can be downloaded, but the key facts are on the page itself, where a buyer on a phone and a search engine can both read them. A quote request reaches the right person with the details needed. Real photographs of the shop, the yard and crews at work do more than any stock image.
Through projects and people. Houston is one of the world's centers for engineering, procurement and construction, with firms of every size serving energy, petrochemical, infrastructure and industrial clients. Work is won through qualifications and relationships, and the website supports both.
Project experience is the core: each project with its client sector, location, scope, the firm's role and the outcome, searchable by service and industry. Senior people have profiles with licenses and relevant experience. Services are described in terms of what the firm actually delivers.
Proposals in this business require statements of qualifications, and a well-organized site holds the building blocks, kept current, so that assembling one takes hours. Registrations in the states where the firm practices, safety records and quality programs are easy to find. A careers section that shows the work competes for engineers, who are always in short supply.
Honestly and specifically. Many Houston firms that built their business in oil and gas now also work in hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, renewable fuels, geothermal, wind and solar. Customers and investors want to know what a company can really do in those fields.
The strongest pages show how existing capability transfers: the same pressure equipment expertise, the same subsurface knowledge, the same project management, applied to a named new application, with any completed projects described. Where experience is still limited, saying so and explaining the basis for confidence is more credible than grand statements.
Environmental claims are scrutinized by regulators and by the public. Statements about emissions reductions or sustainability should be specific and supported, not general. We write these pages with your technical staff and keep the language exact.
Clear answers in the patient's language. A practice here may serve neighbors who speak Spanish or Vietnamese, patients referred from across Texas and people who have flown in from another country.
Each condition and treatment has a page in plain language, reviewed by a clinician. Each provider has a profile with training, board certification, languages spoken and a photograph. Insurance accepted is listed and current, and booking is possible online or by a phone call answered by a person. Directions matter in and around the medical center, where parking and building names confuse first-time visitors.
For patients travelling to Houston, a dedicated page explains how to send records, what an initial consultation involves, estimated costs without local insurance, how long to plan to stay and what help is available with interpretation and lodging. Medical advertising rules restrict claims about results, and forms that collect health details must run through systems that meet federal privacy law.
Specifics a shipper can act on. Houston's port is one of the busiest in the country, with heavy flows of containers, chemicals, steel and project cargo, and the region is full of freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, trucking and heavy-haul companies.
A shipper wants to know which services and modes you handle, which trade lanes and commodities, what your facilities are, with square footage, rail or dock access and any hazardous materials capability, and which licenses and registrations you hold. Companies that handle oversize or dangerous cargo should say exactly what they are equipped and permitted to do.
Many customers are abroad, so key pages in Spanish and other languages are worthwhile. The site should connect to operations where possible: a quote request with the details dispatch needs, shipment tracking, a customer login. Those connections are described on our custom software for Houston page.
With every other kind of proof. Texas does not issue a state license for general contractors, remodelers or roofers, though plumbers, electricians and air conditioning contractors are licensed and some cities require registration. A homeowner cannot simply check a state database, and after every storm unqualified operators appear.
So a reputable contractor's website has to do more. It shows a real local address, how long the company has operated, liability insurance, memberships in trade associations, manufacturer certifications, and photographs of completed work in named neighborhoods. Reviews spanning several years are displayed with links to the source. Where a trade license applies, the number is shown.
Each service has its own page, and the phone number is a button on every screen. A storm and flood page is prepared in advance explaining what to do after water or wind damage and how insurance claims work. Texas law limits what contractors may promise about insurance deductibles, and the wording follows your attorney's guidance.
As complete versions planned from the start. Many Houston businesses need Spanish. A good number also need Vietnamese, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu or Arabic, depending on the neighborhood and the trade.
Each language is written or reviewed by native speakers, not produced by automatic translation, which fails on medical, legal and technical content. Each has its own page addresses and is tagged so search engines show the right version. The switch between languages is visible on every page and keeps the visitor on the same content.
Details differ by language. Vietnamese needs fonts that render its accent marks correctly. Arabic and Urdu read from right to left, so the whole layout mirrors. Forms, confirmation messages and reminders are translated too. Before publishing, we ask who will answer the phone in each language, because a page that promises service the office cannot give does more harm than good.
So that it stays up and says something useful. When a hurricane, flood or freeze hits Houston, offices lose power and staff cannot travel, sometimes for days. Customers and employees look to the website for information.
We host sites outside the region on networks that keep running regardless of local conditions, and keep essential pages light enough to load on a weak mobile signal. An alert banner and a status page can be switched on from a phone, stating whether you are open and how to reach you. The Google Business Profile hours are updated at the same time.
For restoration, plumbing, roofing and tree companies, the same mechanism brings the emergency page to the front. For clinics, it tells patients about appointments and urgent care. A short written procedure says who posts what, since nobody wants to work it out with water rising.
Accessibility means a person using a screen reader or keyboard can read every page and complete every form. Businesses face claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act over inaccessible websites, and large industrial customers increasingly ask suppliers about it. We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA and test by hand. Texas has a privacy law giving residents rights over their data and requiring businesses to honor browser opt-out signals, and we set up consent tools that actually control tracking tags. Our ADA website compliance checklist covers the basics.
Projects run in stages you can see: structure and content plan, design in the browser, then development on a private link. Technical content is written from interviews with your engineers and approved by them. Old page addresses are redirected at launch. Our comparison of Next.js and WordPress explains the technology choices.
Calls are between 8 am and 11 am Central. We are based in Pune and have no Houston office, so photography should be arranged locally, and we do not handle export-controlled technical data. Your domain, hosting and code are in your accounts. See also SEO services in Houston, the Houston overview and our national web design page.

Websites are quoted as a fixed price in US dollars against a written scope and paid in milestones. The price depends on the number of product, service and project pages, how much technical content we write, the languages, integrations such as booking, tracking or a CRM, and any custom features. Hosting, the domain and third-party subscriptions are paid by you to those providers. Maintenance is a separate, optional monthly plan. We do not publish prices, since a clinic's site and an industrial supplier's catalog site are different projects, but every proposal itemizes the work.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
