Multi-location websites
A proper page for every location, generated from one source of truth and easy to keep current.
Websites for Dallas-Fort Worth multi-location and franchise brands, corporate and professional firms, commercial real estate companies and home service contractors.
Dallas, TX, United States, served remotely from Pune, India
Quavento Technologies designs and builds websites for businesses in Dallas, Texas. We plan the structure, write or edit the content, design each page, develop the site and maintain it afterwards. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 8 am and 11 am Central Time and price projects in US dollars.
Websites built for Dallas companies often have to work at scale. One site may hold pages for three hundred restaurant locations, each needing its own hours and menu. Another carries a commercial property portfolio that changes weekly. A third has to serve shoppers and wholesale buyers from the same catalog.
Scale demands structure. This page explains how we design for the kinds of business common in the region, and what each has to get right.

From one source of truth. A brand with dozens or hundreds of locations cannot maintain each page by hand. Hours change, managers move, a store opens or closes, and within months the site is wrong in fifty places.
We hold each location's details, such as address, phone, hours, services, staff, photographs and any local offers, as structured data, and generate its page from a template. A change made once appears on the page, in the store finder and in the feeds that supply maps and directories. Each page has its own address in the site, a clear title naming the place, driving directions and structured data that search engines read.
The pages must still say something particular to the location, or search engines treat them as copies. Local photographs, the names of the team, nearby landmarks and that location's own reviews do that. A store finder that works from the visitor's position, and loads quickly on a phone, ties it together.
It serves three audiences with different interests. Customers want the nearest location and what it offers. Franchisees want their own location to be visible and to reflect their market. The franchisor wants the brand consistent and its standards kept.
We build a brand site with a page for each franchise location, and give franchisees a login that lets them edit the things they should control, such as hours, staff, local photographs and events, within limits. Pricing, offers and brand content stay under central control or go through approval. Each owner sees reports for their own location.
The third audience is prospective franchisees. A franchise opportunity section explains the model, the support offered and the steps to apply. Selling franchises is regulated by a federal disclosure rule and by several states. Statements about what a franchisee might earn are tightly restricted and must match the disclosure document. We publish that content only as your franchise counsel approves.
A site that holds up when a careful buyer reads it. Dallas has a deep community of law firms, accountants, consultants, staffing companies, insurers and technology vendors serving the corporations headquartered here. Their prospects usually arrive from a referral and look for confirmation.
Profiles matter most: a proper photograph, background, areas of focus and relevant experience. Services are described by the problems they solve. Industries served and representative matters, where they can be disclosed, show fit. Articles on subjects clients are dealing with, written by the people who advise on them, are the strongest marketing these firms can do.
Companies moving to Texas are an important audience. Pages that explain plainly what a relocating business needs to know, about state taxes, employment law, real estate and incentives, attract them at the moment they are choosing advisers. Professional advertising rules apply, and we follow your compliance guidance.
As a current, searchable picture of what is available and who to call. The region is one of the most active commercial property markets in the country, with office, industrial, retail and multifamily development spread across many submarkets. Brokers, developers and owners all depend on their listings being accurate.
Listings are searchable by type, size, submarket and status, with floor plans, photographs, a map and the broker responsible. They are fed from the firm's listing system where possible, since an out-of-date availability wastes everyone's time. Each property has its own page that can be shared and found in search. Broker profiles link to their listings and completed transactions.
Market research and reports are a major draw and position a firm as knowledgeable. Investor and tenant portals, behind a login, provide documents and reporting. Materials offering investments may be subject to securities rules about who may be solicited, and those sections follow your counsel's guidance.
A site that speaks to shoppers and to the trade. Many makers of furniture, lighting, home accessories, gifts and apparel show their lines to retail buyers in Dallas and sell through independent stores and designers as well as direct.
The public site presents the brand and the full range, with a locator for stores that carry it. Behind a login, dealers and designers see wholesale prices, availability, lead times, line sheets and marketing material they can download, and can place and track orders. Applications for new trade accounts are taken online and reviewed.
This arrangement avoids a common conflict. The consumer price is public, the trade price is not, and retailers are not undercut by the brand's own site. Ordering itself is described on our ecommerce development in Dallas page.
Proof, since there is no state license to point to. Texas does not license general contractors, roofers or foundation repair companies at state level. After every hailstorm the region fills with operators from elsewhere, and homeowners have learned to look hard at who they are hiring.
A reputable company's site shows a real local address, years in business, liability insurance, manufacturer certifications, trade association memberships and photographs of completed jobs in named suburbs. Reviews spanning several years are shown with links to the source. A phone button sits on every screen.
Each service has its own page. Roofing pages explain the inspection and insurance claim process honestly, and Texas law restricts what a contractor may promise about paying or waiving a deductible. Foundation repair pages explain how clay soil moves, what the signs are, the repair methods and what a warranty covers, and say when an independent engineer's report is advisable. A storm page is prepared in advance so it can lead the site within minutes of a hail event.
They are multi-location businesses with clinical rules. The region has many dental service organizations, dermatology, eye care, urgent care and physical therapy groups operating from a dozen to several hundred offices.
Each office needs its own page with its clinicians, hours, insurance accepted and online booking, generated from central data as described above. Each clinician has a profile with training and credentials. Conditions and treatments are explained in plain language and reviewed by a clinician. Patients new to the area, of whom there are many, need to know which office is nearest and how to transfer records.
Health information submitted through forms must go through systems that meet federal privacy rules. Medical and dental advertising is regulated in Texas, including claims about specialties and results. Spanish versions are valuable across the region. We build review by your clinical and compliance staff into the schedule.
They matter more at scale, because a fault in a template is repeated on every page. Accessibility means a person using a screen reader or keyboard can use the store finder, read each location page, book and complete a form. Businesses face claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act over inaccessible websites, and multi-location brands are frequent targets. We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA and test by hand.
Texas has a privacy law that gives residents rights over their data and requires covered businesses to honor browser opt-out signals. Brands operating in several states meet several such laws. We set up consent tools that actually control tracking tags and keep forms to what you will use.
Speed is measured on ordinary phones over mobile data, where most location searches happen. Images are optimized and third-party scripts kept few. Overlay widgets do not make a site accessible, and no developer can certify legal compliance. Our ADA website compliance checklist explains the essentials.
In stages you can see: structure and data model, design in the browser, then development on a private link. For multi-location sites, the location data is gathered and cleaned early, since it is always messier than expected. Nothing is published without your approval, and old page addresses are redirected at launch so search rankings carry over.
For sites with many generated pages we usually build on Next.js with a headless content system, which handles large page sets quickly and gives central and local editors the right permissions. Our comparison of Next.js and WordPress explains the trade-offs.
Calls are between 8 am and 11 am Central, and changes requested in your afternoon are usually ready by morning. We are based in Pune and have no Dallas office, so photography should be arranged locally. Your domain, hosting and code are in your accounts. Websites are quoted as a fixed price in US dollars against a written scope and paid in milestones. The price depends on the number of templates, the number of locations and the state of their data, franchisee or dealer logins, integrations such as listings, booking or a CRM, additional languages and any custom features. Hosting, the domain and third-party subscriptions are paid by you to those providers. Maintenance is a separate, optional monthly plan. We do not publish prices, since a contractor's site and a three-hundred-location brand site are different projects, but every proposal itemizes the work.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
