Room and suite pages
Each room type with several photographs, bed type, capacity, amenities and its own booking button.
Hotel, resort and tour websites with room pages, direct booking paths, WhatsApp enquiries and clear directions, built to load fast on a phone.
Quavento Technologies designs and builds websites for hotels, resorts, homestays and tour operators. A hotel website we build shows every room type properly, lets a guest book or enquire in a couple of taps, tells them how to reach the property and loads quickly on a mobile connection. We work from Pune with hospitality businesses across India and remotely with properties in the United States.
A hotel's own website is the one sales channel it fully controls. On a travel portal the property is a row in a list, described in the portal's format and sold with the portal's commission. On its own site the hotel decides what guests see first, which photographs represent it, what is included and what it costs to book direct.
Many independent hotels have a site that wastes this advantage: a slideshow, a paragraph of welcome text and a phone number. This page explains what a hotel website should contain, how booking can work for properties of different sizes, and what we built for Hotel Adhiras.

Hotel structured data, page titles and content that help Google show the property correctly.
Four answers, quickly. What do the rooms look like? What does it cost and what is included? Where exactly is it, and how do I get there? How do I book? A guest who has to hunt for any of these returns to the portal where everything is laid out in a familiar way.
So the first screen on a phone should show a strong photograph, the name and location of the hotel, and buttons to check availability, call and message. Rooms come next, not a history of the property. Practical details such as check-in time, parking, breakfast and whether children or pets are welcome should be easy to find.
Guests also look for signs that the place is real and cared for: recent photographs, genuine reviews, a named contact and an address that matches the map. Polished stock images of rooms that do not exist do the opposite.
As the product they are. Each room category deserves its own section or page with five to eight photographs: the bed, the bathroom, the view, the seating area and any feature that sets it apart. Alongside go the facts a guest compares: bed type, maximum guests, room size where it helps, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, breakfast and view.
A rate or a starting rate helps, with a clear note of what it includes and whether taxes are extra. Where rates change by season, a check-availability button that leads to live prices is better than a figure that is out of date.
Every room needs its own call to action. A guest reading about the family room should be able to book or enquire about that room without scrolling back to the top. On the website we built for Hotel Adhiras, each of the four room types has its own Book Now button.
It depends on the size of the property and how it is run. A hotel with thirty rooms or more, a front desk system and rates that change daily benefits from a booking engine: software that shows live availability, takes payment and confirms instantly. It usually connects to a channel manager so that a room sold on the website is removed from the portals at once.
A smaller property often does better with a simpler path. The Book Now button can lead to the hotel's listing on a booking platform, while a WhatsApp button and a short enquiry form serve guests who want to ask a question or negotiate a group rate. That is the approach at Hotel Adhiras, where the booking buttons open the hotel's online booking listing and an enquiry popup and contact form reach the hotel directly.
We recommend whichever route your staff can actually keep up with. A booking engine showing wrong availability is worse than a well-answered WhatsApp number.
Hotel sites live on images, and images are what make them slow. A gallery of forty photographs uploaded straight from the camera can run to a hundred megabytes, which no guest on mobile data will wait for.
We resize and compress every image, serve modern formats, and load pictures only as the guest scrolls to them. The first photograph is prioritised so that it appears almost at once. Galleries open in a lightweight viewer, and video, if used, starts only when the guest asks for it.
The quality of the originals matters more than any technique. We give properties a shot list: each room from the doorway and from the window, bathroom, exterior by day and after dark, dining, common areas and the approach road. Daylight, tidy rooms and a level camera do most of the work. For properties near Pune we can arrange the photography.
More than a pin on a map. Guests travelling to an unfamiliar town want to know how long the drive is, which road to take, where to turn and what the hotel is near. For a property that serves a particular attraction, the distance to it is often the deciding fact.
Hotel Adhiras stands on the Narayangaon to Ozar road, close to the Ozar Ganpati temple, one of the Ashtavinayak shrines. Its website says so in the first lines, names the nearby towns guests search for and carries a map with directions on the contact page. Pilgrims and families planning a visit can see at once that the hotel suits them.
We add structured data describing the hotel's address, coordinates, check-in times and amenities, so that Google can show these details in search and maps. For resorts and remote stays, a short note on mobile coverage, the last fuel station and road conditions saves many phone calls.
Often it should. In India, guests travelling for pilgrimage, weddings and family holidays frequently prefer to read in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil or another regional language, and a page in their language is a signal that they will be understood at the front desk.
Properties that attract international visitors gain from English as the base and one or two further languages matched to where their guests come from. In parts of the United States, Spanish serves a large share of travellers.
We translate the pages that matter most, the home page, rooms, location and booking information, using people, not software, and give each language its own address so search engines show the right version. The enquiry form and its confirmation message are translated as well.
In India, guests expect to pay by UPI, cards or net banking, and many small properties take an advance by UPI after a WhatsApp conversation. A payment gateway such as Razorpay can be added to collect a deposit securely, with an automatic confirmation message, without needing a full booking engine.
In the United States, card payment through a processor such as Stripe is standard, and guests expect instant confirmation by email. Whatever the method, the cancellation and refund terms should be visible before the guest pays.
Prices need care. In India, state clearly whether GST is included. In the United States, a Federal Trade Commission rule in force since May 2025 requires short-term lodging prices to be shown with mandatory fees included, so a resort or service fee cannot be added only at the last step. We build price displays that meet whichever rule applies to you.
A hotel website should be usable by everyone, including guests who rely on a screen reader or cannot use a mouse. We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA: readable contrast, labelled forms, described images and full keyboard access to menus, galleries and booking buttons.
For properties in the United States this is also a legal matter. Hotels are frequently named in website accessibility claims, and regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act require a hotel to describe its accessible rooms and features in enough detail for a guest to decide whether the room meets their needs. We include a clear accessibility section and make sure accessible rooms can be reserved the same way as any other.
In India, privacy rules under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act mean enquiry forms should say how a guest's details will be used. We add the notice and keep form data in a protected system.
The site needs guests. The first step is making sure the hotel appears, with its own website link, when people search for it by name or by location, which we cover on our SEO for hotels and travel businesses page. Advertising for peak dates is explained under performance marketing for hotels.
Content keeps the site alive: new photographs each season, festival and wedding packages, and updates to rates and policies. We set up the site so that your staff can change these without a developer, and we offer a small monthly plan for updates, backups and security.
We also track what matters: calls, WhatsApp clicks, enquiry forms and booking clicks, reported monthly. The full picture for the industry is on our hotels and travel page.
We work with hotels & travel businesses in India from our office in Pune, and with businesses in the United States remotely, with calls in US business hours. The work is the same. The terms, platforms and rules differ, and we plan for both.

A hotel website is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope and paid in milestones. We quote in rupees for Indian properties and in US dollars for properties in the United States. The price depends on the number of room types and pages, whether a booking engine or payment gateway is integrated, how many languages are needed and whether we arrange photography. Booking engine subscriptions and payment gateway charges are paid by you to those providers. We do not publish prices, because a homestay and a resort are very different projects, but the proposal lists each item separately.
Usually six to eight weeks once photographs and room details are ready. Booking engine integration, several languages or a large gallery add time.
Yes. We can connect a booking engine that takes full payment, or add a payment gateway to collect a deposit by UPI or card, depending on how your property handles reservations.
Not necessarily. Many small properties do well with booking links, a WhatsApp button and an enquiry form. We recommend a booking engine only when live availability and volume justify it.
Yes. We set up a simple content system and show your staff how to change rates, photographs, offers and policies without a developer.
Yes. The website sits alongside your portal listings. Where you use a channel manager, a booking engine on the site can share the same availability so rooms are not double booked.
Yes. Tour websites need itinerary pages, departure dates, inclusions and an enquiry or booking path. The same principles of clarity, speed and trust apply.
Yes. We work with properties in the United States remotely from Pune, with calls in US business hours, and build to US rules on accessibility and fee display.
