Website Design & Development
Website design and development for businesses of every size: fast, SEO-ready sites that answer buyer questions and turn visitors into enquiries.
Fast, accessible websites for clinics, hospitals, laboratories and specialist practices, with real doctor profiles, a clear route to book and patient data handled with care.
Quavento Technologies designs and builds websites for healthcare providers: single-doctor clinics, multi-specialty centres, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, physiotherapy and wellness practices. We build from Pune for providers across India and, remotely, for providers in the United States, with calls in US business hours.
A clinic website has one main job: to help a worried person decide quickly and safely to get in touch. That sounds simple, yet most provider sites fail it in the same ways. The doctors are anonymous, the timings are buried in an image, the phone number cannot be tapped, the booking form asks for too much, and the page takes ten seconds to appear on a mobile connection.
This page describes what we build, how we handle the sensitive parts, and what we can and cannot show as proof. We give no medical advice, and all clinical wording on the site is written or approved by your own clinicians.

It answers four questions within the first screen: what do you treat, where are you, are you open and how do I reach you. A person who arrives from a map listing at night with a child in discomfort does not want a brand story. They want a phone number they can tap, a clear statement of hours and a line on what to do if it is an emergency.
Beneath that first screen sit the pages that build confidence: the doctors, each service in plain words, the facilities, the way a first visit works, what to bring, and how fees or insurance are handled where you are able to say. We keep the language free of jargon, and we do not use claims such as best, number one or guaranteed results.
Everything else on the site is judged against this purpose. A rotating banner, a video that plays by itself or a pop-up asking for an email address adds delay and distraction at the moment a visitor is trying to act.
As real people with checkable details. Each doctor gets a profile page with a full name, a recent photograph, degrees, registration details where you choose to publish them, languages spoken, areas of focus and the branches where they consult. The registration number is shown exactly as issued, and a qualification is shown only if the doctor holds it.
Profiles matter for patients and for search. Visitors want to see who will treat them, and search engines look for visible expertise on health pages. Profiles are also where mistakes creep in, so we ask each doctor to confirm their own page in writing before launch, and again when something changes.
We do not show before-and-after images, patient stories or outcome statistics unless your legal or compliance adviser confirms that they are allowed and you hold the written consent. By default we leave them out.
By whichever route suits them, and each route should work without effort. A tap-to-call button for people who want to talk. A short request form for people who prefer to write. A WhatsApp link for Indian visitors who expect it. A link to your scheduling software, if you use one, for people who want to pick a slot.
The form asks for the least that lets your front desk call back: name, phone number, preferred time and an optional line on what the visit is about. We tell visitors not to describe symptoms in detail, and we say plainly that the form is not for emergencies. A confirmation message and an email to the visitor reassure them that the request arrived.
On your side, each request goes to a monitored inbox or a booking system, not to a single person's personal address. We test that route repeatedly before launch, since a lost appointment request is the most expensive fault a clinic website can have.
Because your audience includes people with poor eyesight, tremors, limited hearing, low digital confidence or the distraction of illness. Large readable text, strong contrast, buttons that are easy to hit, labels that a screen reader can announce and forms that can be completed by keyboard are part of serving them. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a working standard.
In the United States, accessibility of provider websites is also a legal subject, and the position in your state and for your type of practice is for your adviser. Our ADA website compliance checklist is a general guide, not legal advice. In India we apply the same practice because it helps patients.
Speed is the other half. Many visitors are on mid-range phones and patchy data. We keep pages light, compress images, load scripts only when needed and test on a throttled connection. Our website speed optimisation page describes the method.
Around the way patients think, which is usually the service and the place, not your organisation chart. A group with three branches needs one page for each real location, with its own address, map, timings, phone number and the doctors who consult there. A multi-specialty centre needs a page for each department that explains in plain words what is dealt with and who to see.
We avoid the habit of creating dozens of near-identical pages for every suburb or condition, which gives visitors little and search engines even less. Each page earns its place by saying something specific and true about your practice.
The pages are connected to each other and to the Google Business Profile of each branch, so that a patient arriving from a map listing lands on the right location page. Our corporate website design and custom website development pages describe the underlying build.
Conservatively. A booking form gathers a name and a phone number, and sometimes a reason for the visit. Analytics tools, advertising pixels, embedded chat and video players can send information about visitors and the pages they read to other companies. On a page about a specific condition, that can be sensitive.
Which rules apply to your site, whether consent is needed, and which tools are acceptable are decisions for your legal or compliance adviser. In India that includes the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and in the United States it includes the privacy rules for patient information. We do not give legal advice, but we build so that the adviser's answers are straightforward to follow.
In practice: forms collect only what is needed, messages travel over encrypted connections, nothing in the form is stored in a place the front desk cannot control, and tracking is installed after your adviser agrees. Our DPDP Act website checklist is a general starting point.
We choose by need. A single clinic that changes its content a few times a year often does best with a lightweight, fast site that has little to maintain and little to attack. A group that publishes often and has several editors may be better served by a content management system such as WordPress, which our WordPress development page describes.
Integrations are kept few and deliberate. A scheduling tool, a payment link for fees where you take them online, a map, and a form handler are common. Anything that touches patient records belongs to a provider certified for that purpose and is chosen with your adviser, not improvised by us.
You own the domain, the hosting account, the code and the content. Hosting and any scheduling software are billed to you directly. If you leave us, you take everything with you.
None yet, and we say so plainly. We have not published a healthcare case study, and we do not claim a track record in this industry. We would prefer you hear that from us than discover it later.
What we can show are websites in other industries, which are not healthcare. Our site for Shriram Industries and our site for Hotel Adhira show how we handle structure, speed and an enquiry route that reaches the right people. They are examples of method, not of results in healthcare.
If that is not enough for you, we understand. A sensible next step is a small, fixed-scope project, such as a single-page site or a redesign of your location and doctor pages, so that you judge us on work you can see.
Clinics change: a doctor joins, hours shift for a festival, a branch moves. A site that is wrong about timings is worse than none, so we offer care plans covering updates, backups, security patches and uptime checks. Our website maintenance page explains them.
Each content change is made on request and, for clinical pages, passes through the same approval as the original. We keep a dated record of what changed and who approved it.
For search and reviews, see our SEO for healthcare providers page and the industry overview. Our main web development page describes the service in general terms.
We work with healthcare providers in India from our office in Pune, and with businesses in the United States remotely, with calls in US business hours. The work is the same. The terms, platforms and rules differ, and we plan for each market.

A healthcare website is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope and paid in milestones, with an optional monthly care plan afterwards. We quote in rupees for Indian providers and in US dollars for providers in the United States. We do not publish prices because a single-doctor clinic and a multi-branch hospital group are very different projects. The main factors are the number of pages, doctors and branches, the integrations needed and the number of review rounds your approvals involve. Hosting, domain and any scheduling software are paid by you directly, and the accounts and code are yours from day one.
We have not published a healthcare project in our portfolio. We can show sites for other industries, labelled as such, and we suggest a small first project if you want to judge our work.
Yes, through a request form, a tap-to-call button, WhatsApp or a link to your scheduling software. We test every route so that no request is lost.
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a working standard. Whether a specific legal requirement applies to you is a question for your adviser.
We collect the minimum, use encrypted connections and add tracking only after your adviser agrees. We cannot give legal advice, and we do not store patient records.
Your clinicians write or approve it. We handle structure, plain-language editing and design, and we never invent clinical claims.
