Quavento Technologies manages Google Ads for businesses in Dallas, Texas and across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. We build and run Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns in your own Google Ads account, track calls and forms to the sale and report on cost per lead and revenue. We work remotely from Pune, India, hold calls between 8 am and 11 am Central Time and bill in US dollars.
Dallas-Fort Worth is a metroplex of many cities that grew together. Dallas and Fort Worth anchor it, while Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Arlington, Garland, Denton and dozens more are large cities in their own right. Many national companies have their headquarters here, and many franchise brands run dozens of locations, each needing its own local advertising.
That structure shapes how paid search should be built. This page sets out how we plan for it and what you can fairly expect. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or a particular cost per lead.
For the full picture of what is included, see our Paid Media & Performance Marketing overview, including Google Ads Management and Google Search Ads. We apply the same approach for hotels & travel businesses, contractors & home service businesses and manufacturers.

By breaking it into the places your customers really come from. Dallas-Fort Worth covers a huge area and some of the largest suburbs in the country, and a customer in Frisco is unlikely to drive to a provider in Arlington when there is one closer. Searchers choose by distance, and Google shows results accordingly.
We start from your customer records and service area. Using ZIP codes, city names and radius targeting, we build campaigns for the places you serve and exclude those you do not. We then review the location report monthly to see which cities produce calls and which produce only clicks, and shift budget accordingly.
For businesses that serve the whole region, we split campaigns by area, so that the north, east, west and south of the metroplex each receive a budget and a message suited to them. That also makes reporting clearer, since you can see which areas are worth more investment.
With a structure that gives each location its own presence while keeping the brand consistent. Several franchisors are headquartered in the area, and franchisees often need to advertise locally within brand rules, with budgets shared between the franchisor and the owner.
We create a master set of ads and landing pages approved by the brand, then localize them for each territory with the address, phone number, hours and offer. Each location gets its own campaign or ad group, its own budget and its own call tracking, so that results are visible by territory and no location spends another's money.
We also set up location extensions linked to each Google Business Profile, keep names and hours consistent and watch for overlap, where two nearby franchisees bid against each other. Reports show each location separately and the whole brand together, which helps both the owner and the franchisor see what is working.
They are some of the most valuable and most closely watched categories in the area. Dallas has a large real estate and mortgage sector, banking and insurance, and many corporate offices. Google has specific policies for financial services, and real estate, lending and insurance advertising face fair housing and consumer protection rules.
Ads for these categories must avoid discriminatory targeting and misleading claims. Google restricts targeting options for housing, credit and employment ads, so audiences are built differently from other campaigns. We build campaigns inside those policies and ask your compliance contact to approve wording before it runs.
We are a marketing team, not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice. Your business is responsible for its own compliance, and we recommend confirming advertising and licensing rules with a qualified Texas professional. We flag anything that looks risky before launch.
Strongly. North Texas is one of the most hail-prone areas in the country, and a storm can send thousands of homeowners looking for roofers, window and siding contractors, auto glass repair and insurance help within hours. Summer heat brings air conditioning failures, and the clay soil that shifts through wet and dry spells brings foundation, plumbing and drainage problems.
Home service advertisers should plan for those spikes in advance. We prepare emergency campaigns ready to switch on, set budgets and bidding so that ads keep running on the busiest day and check that landing pages load fast on a phone. Capacity is a real limit, and we agree when to turn campaigns down as well as up.
After a hailstorm, door-to-door and out-of-town contractors flood the market, and homeowners search carefully for local, licensed, insured providers. We make that visible in the ads and pages, with license, insurance, reviews and clear descriptions of the process, and we avoid pressure language.
If your trade qualifies, it is worth testing. Local Services Ads appear above ordinary results for many home and professional services, with a Google guarantee or verified badge and a per-lead charge. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC firms, roofers in some areas, locksmiths, movers and cleaners are among the eligible categories.
Approval needs documents. Google verifies business details, insurance, background checks and any license that applies to the trade. Texas does not have a general contractor license, but several trades are licensed by the state. We help collect what is needed, complete the profile with photographs and service areas and set budgets by job type.
We run Local Services Ads alongside standard Search campaigns. Our comparison of Local Services Ads and Google Ads explains how they differ and how we divide the budget between them.
With campaigns that reach trade buyers instead of the public. Dallas has a long history as a wholesale and distribution center, with large showrooms and market centers for furniture, home goods, apparel and other products, and a big base of corporate suppliers serving the companies headquartered here.
Those buyers search for specific products, brands and suppliers, and often want account details, minimum orders and delivery terms before anything else. We target those searches, write ads that mention trade pricing or account terms where they exist and send clicks to pages built for a buyer, not a consumer.
For corporate suppliers, we use Search for the precise services buyers look for and consider LinkedIn for reaching decision makers by role. Measurement follows the lead through your CRM to quotes and orders, because a small number of good accounts can be worth more than a large number of small enquiries.
By writing separately for each community. North Texas has a large Spanish-speaking population and also substantial Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, South Asian, Arabic and African communities, especially in suburbs such as Garland, Irving, Plano and Richardson.
A strong campaign in another language has its own keywords, ads and landing page, written or checked by a native speaker, with a contact who speaks the language. Straight translation misses how people really search. We ask you to approve copy, or work with a reviewer you trust.
We measure each language on its own. In some languages competition is lower and a well-made campaign can reach customers at a good price. In others the audience is small. Knowing which is which keeps money from being spent on guesses.
The first month is an audit and a build. We review the account, repair tracking and agree on the locations to start with, whether that is a handful of suburbs or a full franchise territory map. Each location gets its own call tracking before any money is spent.
The second month is learning. The location report shows which cities and branches produce calls, and we cut waste and begin testing ads and pages. Brand-approved copy is localized and approved in batches.
By the third month there is enough data to compare locations fairly. We then report on cost per lead for each one and for the brand overall, and recommend where to grow and where to hold.
We measure by location and by outcome. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and call tracking are set up first, with a number and a conversion for each branch, and closed sales are uploaded where possible. Clicks are only indicators. Calls, bookings and sales are the numbers a franchisee or an owner can use.
You own the account, the Analytics property and the billing card, and our manager access can be removed at any time. We are based in Pune, India, with no Dallas office, and we learn your market from you, from the data and from research.
Calls are held between 8 am and 11 am Central Time, with a monthly written report split by location. If your site holds results back, see our web design for Dallas. We charge a monthly management fee in US dollars, separate from your ad budget, which you pay to Google on your own card. The fee reflects the number of campaigns and locations, how often ads and pages need refreshing and the reporting needed, including location-level reports for multi-site brands. Setup or a rebuild is a one-time fee. A written proposal sets out both, with the budget we believe gives meaningful data in Dallas. If it is too small for your category, we say so before you spend.
Our team works from Pune, India. We do not have a US office, so every project is run remotely with a named project manager, a weekly call and written updates. These are the hours we keep for calls with US clients.
