SEO Services
SEO services that bring qualified leads: technical fixes, helpful content, local SEO and visibility in AI answers, all measured against enquiries.
Local and topical search work for advocates, law firms, chartered accountants and tax practices, planned around what your regulator allows.
Quavento Technologies provides SEO for professional practices: law firms and advocates, chartered accountants, CPA and tax practices, bookkeepers and advisory firms. We improve how a practice appears when people search for a type of help in a city, make the website easy for search engines to read and plan pages that answer the questions clients actually ask. We work from Pune with Indian practices and remotely with practices in the United States.
Search is a natural fit for these professions, because people look for a lawyer or an accountant at the moment they need one and often search by matter and place. It is also an area where honesty and restraint matter. Search results for legal and financial topics are judged strictly, and the professions themselves are regulated in how they may promote their services.
This page explains what we do, what we leave alone and how we report. We have not published a case study in this industry. We do not promise rankings or enquiries, we do not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and each practice confirms what its regulator allows before any page, title or listing is published.

In a few recognisable ways. The most valuable for a local practice is the search that names a kind of help and a place, such as a type of dispute, a filing or a return with a city. Another is the question asked in full, which usually comes earlier in the person's thinking. A third is a search for a name, from someone who has been recommended and wants to check.
Each needs a different page. The matter-and-place search is best served by an area of practice page for that city. The question is best served by a clear, honest article. The name search is served by a profile page and an accurate listing, since that is what the visitor wants to confirm.
Most practices have the third and neglect the first two. We start by listing the searches that lead to your best clients, checking what currently appears for them and deciding which are realistic. The plan is built from those, not from a generic list of keywords.
A search with a city name often shows a map with a short list of practices above the ordinary results. Appearing there depends on three things: relevance, distance and prominence. We cannot move your office, but we can make the profile accurately relevant and the practice better known online.
The work is mostly careful housekeeping. The Google Business Profile has the right category, address, hours, phone number, services and a description written in plain words. The same name, address and number appear on the website and in directories, with no variations. Each real office has its own profile and its own page. Our Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO pages describe the method.
Two warnings. A practice must not create profiles for offices it does not have, or for a virtual address, because it violates Google's rules and can lead to suspension. And whether to invite client reviews is not a marketing question for these professions. It depends on your regulator and your firm, so your adviser decides it before we do anything.
One page for each kind of work, and each page distinct. A page on a particular type of matter should explain in plain language what the work involves, who usually needs it, what the usual stages are, what the client should bring or prepare, and how to start. It should not read like a statute summary, and it should not be the same text with the city name swapped.
Pages written to a template are the commonest mistake in this sector. Search engines recognise near-duplicate pages and tend to ignore them, and clients notice them too. A practice that operates in two cities should have two real offices, each with its own page about the people there and the matters handled there, not a dozen thin pages for every suburb.
Every page is general information. It tells the reader what to expect, avoids telling a particular reader what to do and carries the statement your adviser specifies. It names the professional who reviewed it and the date it was last reviewed.
Because search engines treat topics that can affect a person's legal position, money or livelihood as needing the strictest standard. Google's guidance to the people who evaluate its results calls these topics high stakes, and for them it looks for evidence of experience, expertise, authority and trustworthiness. An anonymous article on a tax rule or a legal procedure has little chance, and ought to have little.
A genuine practice already has what is needed. It has qualified people, a real office and years of work in the subject. The task is to make it visible: profiles with credentials, articles with named authors, links to the official pages of the law, the tax authority or the court for any rule that is mentioned and a clear policy for correcting errors.
We also add structured data that tells search engines what the practice is, where it is and who works there. We use it only for facts that appear on the page. Marking up a firm's own selected comments as star ratings is not accepted by Google, and it is not something we do.
Not on broad terms. For general searches about a legal or tax topic, the first page is held by government sites, large legal and finance publishers and national directories. A practice that tries to beat them on their ground spends months and gains nothing.
It can compete on narrower ground: its own city, its own specialism and its own kind of client. A chartered accountant who serves doctors, an advocate who handles property matters in one district, a CPA who works with online sellers or a bookkeeper for small contractors can all write with more precision than a general site. The visitors those pages attract are fewer, but they are far more likely to be the right ones.
We say plainly what we think is winnable. If the search you want is dominated by organisations you cannot match, we will tell you and propose an alternative, rather than sell you a plan that cannot work. Our SEO consulting and SEO audit services exist for exactly that kind of early, honest assessment.
The groundwork every site needs, done carefully. Pages must load quickly on a phone, be secure and be reachable by search engines. Each has a distinct title, a short description that accurately describes it, one main heading and a clear address. Duplicate and outdated pages are consolidated, old addresses redirected and broken links repaired. Our technical SEO page describes the full set.
Titles and descriptions deserve special attention in your profession, because they are the first thing a searcher reads and in some regulators' eyes may count as publicity. Ours are factual: they say what the page covers and where. They do not use words such as best, top or leading unless your approver has confirmed that they are permitted.
We also check that the site works for people. A page that technically ranks but is hard to read on a phone, or that asks a visitor to fill in a long form, wastes the visit. Our guide to Google Search Console explains the free tool we use to see how Google reads a site.
AI assistants and AI summaries in search now answer many legal and tax questions directly, drawing on sources they judge reliable. The qualities that earn a mention are the familiar ones: a clear answer near the top of the page, a named and qualified author, primary sources and a recent date. Our AI search optimisation guide explains how these systems choose what to quote.
Some accounting and tax work follows the calendar, with interest rising before filing deadlines and falling afterwards. We plan content and profile updates ahead of those periods, so that pages are ready, up to date and approved before the demand arrives. We do not use deadlines to push fear-based messages, which would be both poor practice and, for many regulators, a problem.
We do not rely on a single channel. Paid search for these professions is tightly regulated by the platforms and by your own rules, and we treat it as a separate decision. SEO remains the channel that keeps working when the budget stops.
We report on what reaches your practice: calls from your profile, enquiry forms, direction requests and the pages that brought them, along with the searches behind them. Rankings are shown as supporting detail. A practice does not need to be first for a phrase, but to receive the right enquiries.
We do not guarantee positions, and we would be wary of any agency that does. Search results change, rivals work too and the effect of any piece of work can take months to appear. Our guide to SEO cost in India explains what a business should expect to receive for its fee.
We have not published a case study for a law or accounting firm. The nearest local-search example in our portfolio is the Google Business Profile work for a service business, which is not a professional practice and is offered only as a view of our method. Our professional services page gives the wider picture, and our SEO services overview lists everything we do in search.

SEO for a practice runs as a monthly retainer with defined deliverables, and an audit can be bought on its own for a fixed price. We quote in rupees for Indian practices and in US dollars for practices in the United States. The retainer depends on the number of offices, the number of practice areas and the amount of reviewed content each month. We suggest an initial six months and then month-to-month. Your Google Business Profile, Search Console, analytics and website stay in your ownership, and nothing is published without the written approval of your named partner.
Profile and listing corrections can show effects in weeks. New pages usually take a few months to settle, and a stronger position in a niche builds over six to twelve months. We cannot promise timing.
We do not guarantee positions. Broad terms are held by large publishers and directories. We focus on your city, your specialism and your client types, where a practice can realistically do well.
Whether reviews or testimonials are allowed depends on your regulator and your firm, so your adviser decides first. We never write or buy reviews, and we only set up a routine if you confirm it is permitted.
We draft from interviews with your professionals, who review the text for accuracy. Each page names its reviewer and date, and is approved in writing before it is published.
They are treated as publicity and approved with the page. We keep them factual and avoid superlatives unless your approver confirms they are permitted. The final decision is yours.
Yes, remotely from Pune, with calls in US business hours. We do not have a US office. Research uses US search results and content follows the rules your state bar or board and adviser identify.
We have not published a case study in this industry. Our related local-search work for a service business is in the portfolio and labelled as such. We do not claim more experience than that.
